VRBO Res ID ORB16174809/Vacazee/Host Prashant
VRBO Res ID ORB16174809/Vacazee/Host Prashant. Unfortunately, I decided to give VRBO another chance. My bad. After being gone from the property for two weeks and the host reviewing me with 5 stars on all categories including cleanliness, two days later I was charged an additional $300 for cleaning fees for pets. I had already paid $250 pet fee for two pets and a $375 cleaning fee. With the additional $300 that is a total of $925 for a cleaning fee.
I cleaned before I left and removed all dog poop from the yard including dog poop and cigarette butts that were there when I arrived. No pets were on furniture and there was not "excessive" dog hair. VRBO sent me a picture of a handful of dog hair that was not even the color of my dog.
While I was on vacation, I was alerted NUMEROUS times that vacazee placed a $300 hold/charge on my credit card. That was very unnerving and concerning. Prashant the host assured me that it was nothing to be concerned about. This is not what you want to deal with on vacation. Stay away from vacazee and Prashant!
