Cowboy company, turned up unannounced to extract the old rockwool. Couple of hours later, it went quiet. They had gone, all the paths a mess, lawn and even the pavement outside. They had took a corner of a retaining wall down and not put it back. A couple of days later, turned up unannounced again. Told them if they are not going to sweep up after them and put the retainer back they can sod off. They started to fill the cavity and also filled my shed through the gas meter box. They did remove most of the beads but left everything in the shed piled up, mortar over a step and right outside my door and didnt put the retainer back.!!!

Awful company.
Left rubbish everywhere. Holes in the side of the house. Took a brick out and instead of cementing it back in they’ve just used sand causing it to come out again. Rushed bodge job.
