If you run a virtual airline, vaBase is an excellent choice.
I initially had some issues because support took a while to respond, but later Myles explained he’d had a motorcycle accident (wishing him a full recovery!). In the end, everything worked out perfectly.

The tool is powerful, easy to use, and great for admins.

Overall, I’m very happy — vaBase is a fantastic tool for virtual airlines and definitely worth recommending.

Not at all professional and a technical service that leaves much to be desired. They do not answer queries and if they do, it is after much insistence and after more than 10 days waiting for a response when they are supposed to respond in less than 48 hours.

As a long-time flight simulation enthusiast who has been active since the early days of MSFS, I've encountered my fair share of challenges with virtual aviation software over the years. From dealing with overly complex systems to lackluster support and even abandoned projects, my experiences have been mixed at best. However, in recent weeks, I had the pleasure of working with vaBase to set up a new virtual airline, and I can honestly say it’s been a game changer.

I initially chose vaBase based on its long-standing reputation in the flight simulation community, and I was prepared for the usual uphill battle, given my limited knowledge of HTML, PHP, and coding in general. To my surprise, the process was smooth from start to finish. With the hosting package, I received a fast, next-day installation, and the setup process was incredibly straightforward—far easier than I had anticipated.

But old habits die hard, and I still thought I would need to dive into complex code edits. Naturally, I made a few mistakes and "broke" things along the way—most memorably when my cat jumped on the keyboard and caused a bit of chaos. But here's the kicker: every time I ran into trouble, vaBase’s support team was there to help. Whether it was fixing an issue or walking me through the solution by email, their responsiveness and expertise were exceptional.

In the end, I realized that vaBase is designed to be plug-and-play, and I was overcomplicating things. What I initially thought would be a frustrating ordeal turned out to be a seamless experience, thanks to the intuitive software and top-notch support.

To sum it up: Myles kept me in great shape, and I highly recommend him and vaBase. It’s affordable, easy to use, and backed by outstanding customer support. If you're looking to save time and avoid the headaches I experienced in the past, look no further. This is the solution you’ve been waiting for! 5 stars all the way.

VaBase software is awesome. We only had a few minor issues that I and Myles fixed. Our Website is the best we have ever had now.

I was having issues with the Acars from a virtual airline site. It was not working on my computer, Sent a message to vaBase, they replyed with a acars version from their site. Very fast response and problem was solved

I had difficulty getting a reasonably prompt response to a support ticket. A critical review was written to reflect that situation. Apologies and reconciliation with that situation were provided once communication was finally established. Compensation was also provided for any delays or hassles encountered.

This problem mentioned has been remedied. I am correspondingly revising this review. I have made great progress now with setup and operation.

In addition, normal or expected difficulties with configuration issues have now also been promptly attended to, and the site is now functioning cleanly at all important levels.

i am grateful for the attention that has now been given get the site in operation. The business relationship continues to improve rapidly.

I set up a VA with VaBase not knowing a thing about what was involved, not a recipe for success !! I have used the VaBase Support system a lot, and I mean a lot, but Myles has been brilliant in his assistance and patience and the default website has slowly transformed into what I hoped it could become. It is a steep learning curve getting into the PHP side of things, but with Myles help I am getting there. Myles has never yet failed to reply to all of my support tickets, and of course it might be a few days before I get a reply, but that is absolutely fine with me, everyone has a life. Personally, I can recommend VaBase as a Web and Domain Host, just don't take it out on them when things get difficult, just do what they ask and I have always found it works for the better. Amazing service very quick and easy to use you will need to have some html knowledge but quite easy to get your head around. Definitely getting this again.

Great Support, great System, best choice for our needs

It took a long time for the decision, which virtual airline system we will be using and we tried a lot of Open Source Systems. But they were all not that good and with that quality we searched.

After we found vaBase and we installed it, it doesn't took longer then 2 minutes to realize, that it was the best decision we could have done.

With a great and fast support (no ticket takes longer than 24 hrs) and a big quality and the possibility of giving some ideas for further updates and new options, we will continue our partnership with vaBase and are happy to call vaBase as a partner, who supports us that well.

The buying process and the installation is not complicated and with assistance by vaBase, if we need such, we can recomment it.

And the contact with vaBase is not complicated and on a good base. Can't imagine to leave the vaBase family.

I have found Vabase support to be good .Never have waited more than 24hrs for a reply usually replied within 12hrs. Had a few install problems but all good when I went with there hosting .

I'm very happy with this system, easy and fast to install! Reliable, customizable and good at the eyes :) I would propose just to manage fleet in better way, as example an airplane could be a status healt due to impact or accidents and possibility to repair it and basically the possibility for pilots to choose which one, example if I have 4 BE200 with various names, pilot should be free to select I-CCFD, instead of I-CFGD and if I-CFGD is left in an airport, user cannot restart flight with that aircraft except if he departs from that airport.

Myles is an excellent person, he has helped us a lot in the configuration of the VA, any question we had he answers in a very short time. The vabase system is the best system, it is updated frequently and gives real data of all movements in the simulator. It is very worthwhile to get hold of this software. You will not regret if you implant vabase in your va.

I can say that Myles has been very helpful. I had some issues and working together we solved them. His response time was very good and in my opinion above what I expected! Being in a different part of the world we were able to communicate within a few hours of each question and answer. I like the way vaBase is set up and the ease of it. Really the best support I've ever had! I don't just say that. The vaBase team is really great. It took me a while to set up my site because I am a beginner. I had to ask a lot about support, but I always got an answer. Part of the meadow we even had a problem until late at night and were able to solve it together! The price for vaBase and support is more than fair. Shouldn't an answer come directly since please don't be annoyed. They definitely answer and try everything to solve your problem. The whole VAwings team says thank you to Myles! Without you that would not have been possible!
