I've been dealing with uttings for years never had any problems with there service! Always first class I was a bit sceptical about the fact you can no longer speak to someone on the phone but what can I say I had a problem with a delivery so I messaged them and received a response in less than an hour and it was all sorted by the morning!!

A Shimano Stradic from Uttings

Let down by Royal Mail for my order
Let down by Royal Mail for my order. What should have been a 24 hour tracked service, turned into a 72 hour service! Informed Uttings of no delivery and they dispatched another item out to me via an alternative courier.

The service and system is excellent
The item I wanted was out of stock for quite some time, no fault of Uttings. But their system gave me an update when it still wasn’t in a while later then did email when it was. So I ordered it straight away from them.
