The worst online business ever

The worst online business ever, I left a 2 star review last time, they kept emailing and calling me to delete the bad review , decided to give them one more chance, and they are still horrible, making excuses

You made a mistake that you have given us incorrect account and password,we helped you fix the issue and completed your order, you keep changing the accounts for leaving the bad reviews and trying to threaten us with the review,this is unfair at all!

I paid because they said it would be processed within a day, but after I paid, they changed their story and said no.

They said they would continue work until the next day, but the work never started, and even when I asked for a refund, they only repeated lies and even asked for a refund fee. If you want to lose your money, pay it.

my order is going to take 9 HOURS and has no refund or discount?????

i ordered once before and got it very fast, but then I do it again for VC on 2k and then have many agents say they are doing it right now. I am then told their "supplier" went to sleep hours ago and they couldn't do it for another 5-6 hours (3 hours after the order) and i got no extra vc, discount or refund. WTH!!!!!

SCAM

SCAM. After waiting over 24 hours for a delivery, I was completely fed up with this websites service. Every customer support representative will feed you the same lie repeatedly, when in reality they are just stalling as your order was never going to be fulfilled from the start. I requested a refund due to the prolonged wait time and was not given one even though it was promised, just a cancelled order. Stay FAR AWAY FROM UTNICE.
