I needed to get into a gas contract as we was being charged out of contract rates.
Lucy thompson got me a very good price and contract.
Lucy did not stop there, she supported negotiation with british gas to get a new gas connection. British gas quote was so high, as a start up business we just could not afford this.
Lucy stayed in contact and negotiated with another company to get us a much better price for the works.
Lucy Thompson has been a great help, she took the load off us and used her knowlede and resources to provide us with excellent support.

Trying to get to grips with the new…
Trying to get to grips with the new electricity meter reading and submission is proving difficult. We did get monthly reminders but not now.
There needs to be a better system in place to advise when a meter reading is due.

Utilitywise are useless
Utilitywise are only interested in signing you to an energy supplier, their service is incompetent at best and they ended up costing our company more then if we had stayed with our current provider. Avoid these guys and go direct.

I was in a massive pickle as i was massively let down from my Electrician, but utility wise saved my bacon not only did they get my electric meter in, they got it in super fast, my representative from utility wise called Lucy Thompson, has been amazing and help me get my new restaurant up and running ready for the new year.
