It's Fixed!
The first tech for my issue was ok, but my problem wasn't 100% fixed. I called back, and the second tech fixed it in 10 minutes and 32 seconds. I am so so thankful. I just knew I'd be on the phone for hours.

My Tech John was the BEST !!! He was so knowledgeable and thorough ln fixing my computer to work faster and cleaner. He knew where to clean up files, delete unusable apps, and re-install corrected programs.
