Good solid box just as described.would have liked 3keys as I have already lost one!

These tough boxes are every bit as good as other high end boxes on the market and better than most. Having had a small box for many years. I have now purchased a larger version, They remain a sturdy protective box for delicate equipment, both for storage and travel.
Delivery was fast, two days from order to delivery. By current standards in 2026 GB that's fast.

I've bought a few things US Pro through both Amazon and more recently by way of F P Trading in Gainsborough.
In all instances, I've been more than happy with the quality of the items vs price and the service I've received.

Very quick delivery. Great quality at a great price

Product was exactly as described and well packaged and undamaged. It was delivered in good time as well. My only criticism is that I was given no details of delivery when my order was accepted. I had an email almost immediately to say the order was received, another the next day to say the orders was complete. I tried to track it in PayPal, but that was unsuccessful. I tried to email with no success and was getting a little concerned. Eventually on day three I rang to ask what was happening. A very helpful lady assured me that it had been dispatched and that it was actually out for delivery that day. She even offered to ring the delivery company to get an estimate of the delivery time.
If only I was given a tracking number with the order, I would have had no concerns.

Purchased tool box-only packaging was polystyrene on each corner-Opened it damaged and bent hinge-Return policy-Must notify deliver to get a return and pay for postage back.WHY NOT PACKAGE SUFFICIENT AND HOW CAN WE CHECK WHEN WE ARE AT WORK AT 11AM-Immediately sent pics back of goods to order email -Just keeps failing

Excellent service really happy with the tool chest.

Had issue with my key and required a new key I sent out an email to a fast reply and spoke to a lovely Joanne who helped me resolve my issues and ensured that I could receive the correct keys rather just drilling into my box and taking the to time to track my order not just saying it’s on its way an made the hole process nice and easy

Been looking for a new toolbox for a while, then found this, which was perfect for my needs. It was easy to order online. Unfortunately the very next day I found the same one on Ebay for £100 cheaper and about the same for postage...

I enquired about a replacement lock for my tool chest, FP Trading responded the same day to my e mail and dispatched a replacement lock and key free of charge. Fantastic service and very much appreciated.

i would defo give a good review, it was straight forward purchase and i didn't have any problems buying the products on the website but i would highly recommend making a point system where you would get points buying products but when selling exclusively tool boxes its hard to do so i also recomend selling us pro tools on the same website.

Really pleased with us pro have had many toolbox and tools by them over the years and they have served me well but this new box is the best yet quality piece of kit

Excellent company and I have to say I was really impressed not only with their product but customer service and support from their staff went way over and beyond. I am delighted to say my Us Pro tool cabinet is proudly sitting in my garage looking class. It is of the highest quality and the feet which are locking are also made to a really high standard and far better than any I have seen before. They have great smooth drawer and chest opening and you can tell they are better that many of their more expensive competitors. My items were delivered well packaged and the courier company were also brilliant. Thanks again for everything and hope to buy more items soon. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ excellent service 🙌🙌
