“This company uses high‑pressure sales tactics and I strongly recommend doing thorough research—check Reddit and other review sites. They repeatedly pushed the ‘limited time’ angle: you only have a short window, this price expires in two days, you must decide now, etc.
We had an agreement for a three‑day price lock, and I told the representative that we were comparing quotes from multiple companies. Despite that, he emailed me the very next day saying the price was suddenly only good for THAT day.
On top of that, he then attempted to bait‑and‑switch me into a completely different type of building than what we originally discussed. Overall, the experience felt misleading and untrustworthy.”
