Don't trust them

I was happy filling the surveys.
Once I reached certain points I decided to switch them to a gift card of 20euro.
This was a month ago.
I still didn't receive anything.
I'm following up and no replies.
Don't trust them.

Extremely rude customer service and slow payout

I have seen some comments saying that Userneeds is a penny pincher in survey site and I do agree with it. A 20 minutes survey will earn only 800 points which is equal to 0.8 euro, while in some other survey sites they can give out at least 1 euro.

Also the way they are handling the complaints is totally outrageous. I have copied what they replied as below.

4) It is 100 percent voluntary to be a member of Userneeds' panel. If you in other words are unhappy or can get 20 euro a month elsewhere by answering surveys, feel free to resign at any moment.

I have never seen such a rude comment given to the customer and even if it is fact, you should not leave something like this. I hope you can teach your staff how to speak and reply with good manner. The way your staff is doing is exactly the same way that you treat all the participants.

Cashed in points for a €15 voucher and…

Cashed in points for a €15 voucher and waited two weeks but no voucher.Userneeds said they had a problem with voucher provider and waited a further 14 days and got a notification that it "One4All" and spent over 6 hours trying to access it without success.
Contacted One4All and after aa long time their service agent answered the phoe and put me through hoops and eventually promised to send a physical voucher in two weeks,that will be six weeks since my originsl request.I gave him my full postal address and the following day got an e mail from them that they couldnt find the post code which I hsd given them.Again after a long delay an agent answered and with the rigmarole told me I should have it in two weeks so now I will wait and put it down to experience.I did inform Userneeds who informed me that they have no control over One4All and to contact them directly quoting Userneeds.

Not worth your time

Compared to other survey sites this site pays barely anything. Other sites pay €2-€4 for 20 minutes of your time - Userneeds pays 40 to 60 cent. It would take a long long time to reach the threshold of €15.
Other sites that pay less (such as Irish Opinions) seem to take most of the cut of the money for themselves. I wouldn't be surprised if that's also the case with Userneeds.

Slowest survey site to get the payout

This is the slowest survey site to get the payout, usually it will take half year in order to redeem once.

Each survey will give you around 400-600 points but you will need 15000 points in order to redeem a 15 euro voucher. It sounds reasonable payout but the fact is that they will give you less than 5 surveys in a month and you will be disqualified easily in 3 of them.

I strongly recommend you not to rely on this survey site and do not expect anything from them. As you will definitely not get what you expect.

Not worth it, unfortunately

I am actually split in my rating, the website itself is very good and the surveys never go awry. BUT, I think it's a terribly bad reward system as it is right now. I have 8520 points and have honestly done thousands of surveys, but to be able to get a gift card you need 50,000 points !! That is completely unreasonable! I am part of a number of panels and have done LESS surveys there but have already collected money SEVERAL TIMES. Unfortunately, this means that I always choose Userneeds LAST, if there are no surveys on the other pages. (Even thinking about leaving). Userneeds, a tip is to lower the requirements and higher scores for the surveys 👍 (Super plus if you get PayPal reward as well). Regards, Women from Sweden 🇸🇪

Finally!!!!!!

I was pretty furious after I didn't receive the gift card when I exchanged my points but the staff were prompt to reply to my grievance and I did receive the gift card after a long wait.

Zero rewards

Zero rewards, and dozens of surveys filled for you guys. You do not respect my time at all. I exchanged my points for hundreds of lottery tickets for nothing.
Had to unsubscribe.

Not worth

One month done ,still didnt get enough points accrued to get paid ,i think i need to put next 4-5 months to get paid 50/100 nok.Not worth to register here .

I will just comment upon the point…

I will just comment upon the point system. It requires 100 points per 1 NOK, when they give 600 points for a survey that lasts at least 13 minutes, then this is under half of the points that Gallup gives(they give one NOK per minute). I think Userneeds need to compensate the time used more fearly, as they also compensate below what M3-panel gives as well. Also, when you don’t fit the usergroup, they should rather give a choice of a smaller ammount of points in stead of lottery tickets(say 100 points if 600 would have been your reward if you fit the group), as the lottery does not give anything in my experience. This makes me give Userneeds a fairly low score regarding point system, as this puts them well below other services such as Gallup or M3-panel. I will give a new review later about cashing out the points in gift cards.

Devaluation of points, look elsewhere

Very disappointed with a recent devaluation of points without any notice. I was working my way towards 25000 points to exchange for a 40 euro voucher. I notice once you get closer to a goal, the surveys come farther and fewer between in order to reach it so it has been a long time waiting for those last points. I checked my Status after a survey finally today and was dismayed to see a new point system! I have been doing these for years and enjoy the ability to contribute my opinion but also enjoy the reward for the time I spend doing it. Normally you get points towards a voucher. I do not choose the lottery option anymore because I Never had any luck on it. I would suggest looking around at other survey companies if you enjoy these to make sure you are fairly compensated for your time. Disappointing experience using Userneeds as I was happy with them in the past.

Have always enjoyed completing the…

Have always enjoyed completing the surveys and like that I can do them in my own time. However I have just noted and please correct me if I am wrong that the rewards for points have dropped quite a bit i.e. 15000 points = €15; 20000 = €20; 50000 = €50. Up til very recently they were 8000 = €10; 18000 = €25 and 25000 = €40. I was hoping to cash mine in to do some early Xmas shopping but was a bit shocked to see they are now worth a lot less that they were.

I was sceptical at first

I was sceptical at first. But gradually my points built up and I was able to get gift cards which allowed me to pay for my kid's school uniforms, shoes and bags this year.
Takes nothing but a few minutes of my time every day or every week. Whenever suits me!

Userneeds, an excellent survey site.

Userneeds is a great way to fill spare time, and earn rewards at the same time. The surveys are very interesting, not to long, and unlike some other survey sites, if you can't do the survey straight away, when you go to do it later, it's almost always still open. And the more points you accrue, the better the reward proportionally you receive. Ex. 8000 points is the equivalent of €10, whereas 18000 is the equivalent of €25.
You can also use you points to enter draws for great prizes. Excellent online survey site.

Most of the time I enjoy doing the surveys but can be annoying when you start and you are told that you are not suitable. Other than that they are ok and don't take up much of my time!

Mostly good but .............

Mostly good but sometimes it takes a while to discover that you don't fit the criteria for the survey! Occasionally there are questions where you answer that you don't know or don't use something but you continue to receive the questions and can't dismiss them and move on. Otherwise I enjoy the surveys. By the way - this review request is in Danish and I don't speak the language!!
