Easy to Learn !
The lessons being step by step and in small bunches of paragraphs really helps a lot, plus being able to use notes, or go back to previous lessons even if I'm doing a quiz definitely gives me more confidence on each test.

My Instructor was not available when I began the course. But, there was an available Instructor to followup of my email questions. The IT however has not been available as yet; but I am using resources I've learned over the years.

Honestly its the fact they really break every little detail down, even something as small as services, they break it down. Everything is easy to follow and lo e the idea that quizzes are open book so my brain doesn't wanna exit my body.

The courses are truly self-paced. The curriculum is easy to follow and understand. When I had questions throughout the course, Cathy, my instructor, was quick to answer. She explained things well and made it easy to understand. I highly recommend this course. It is affordable and thorough. I am older and going back to get a certification I thought would be more difficult. It is not with easy to use software and good course instruction. Advance your career and take this course.
