I was looking for a specific style and color of a leather jacket. I "googled" it and saw the jacket from USA Jacket. They have a ton of jackets and good prices. Their turn around time is exactly as stated and the received jacket was quality and was the real deal. However what really surprised me was their promptness in regards to customer service... answering all my questions and made sure I was satisfied.

I took a chance on USA Jackets, looking for something specific, and I am glad I did. I initially assumed what I ordered would be little more than an upgraded Halloween jacket. I was shocked when my order arrived and it was a full leather jacket, with nice stitching, and attention to detail. Without a doubt I will order a 2nd jacket from USA Jackets, and as my tastes change, I will undoubtedly order more.

I ordered the Umbrella Academy jacket in S size and it was too big. They sent me an other jacket in XS size and i just payed the shipping and they let me keep the first jacket. The jackets have a very good quality.
They are super atentionate. Very quick delivery.
I have nothing bad to say...i will order again.

After ordering two Jackets , not receiving the first one and the 2nd one arriving incorrect , a bit of a battle to get it resolved they got there in the end and have now refunded both of them , I think if a company realises where they are going wrong and rectify’s their error then that can only be a good thing , I wish your company well but leave you with this message I say to everyone when it comes to buisness and dealing with customers

Unfortunately I had a sizing issue with my jacket. It was just the fit. The quality was excellent. The issue was resolved quickly and efficiently. All my emails were answered quickly. Their customer service is exemplary.

Had an issue with the jacket ordered finish quality. We it was determined that it wasn't easily corrected they offered a refund. Disappointing because jacket looked really nice when Vanessa Hudgins wore it on TV. But if they honor their promise to refund it is a good customer service experience and I will try their products again in the future.

I sent the photos and video to USA Jacket and they promised a discount and offered me a full refund on the purchased jacket.

Jacket was too big. Waiting for new jacket size smaller. Thank you for your great customer service.

I ordered the coat worn by Daniel Craig in the movie "Knives Out." After 18 working days (with a "10 to 12 working days shipping guarantee" ... we'll see how THAT works out), I got a shoddily-made coat that looks NOTHING like the coat in the film. In addition, the packaging was equally shoddy and torn. Finally, the coat and packaging smelled HORRIBLE (like a fuel or oil smell) ... so bad that I had to put it in my garage since it was smelling up my house. Did NOT ship from the US ... don't be fooled!

We bought the Rocketman Elton John jacket and it looks fabulous on. They run a little small so my advise would be to order a size up.
Although there was no contact number all emails, fb messages were answered promptly and issues were dealt with in a timely and very fair manner. Overall very happy and a great original jacket for a great price.

Purchased a really awesome leather jacket at a very reasonable price.

I LOVE this coat! I have had more positive comments while wearing this than anything I have ever worn. "Hey, nice coat!" follows me everywhere I go. It is warm, comfy, and well made. Go up one size when ordering as they run slightly small I got a XXXL and it fit perfectly (I usually wear 2xl) It also came very fast! I wish there was a place to insert a photo so you can see how cool it is. It helps that I have a long white beard to go with it.

I love my Jacket! It arrived as described and the quality was very impressive for the price. Equally as great, is their customer service - I shop plenty online and this company goes above and beyond to make sure you're satisfied. Honest review and I will definitely shop with them again.

The Jacket I ordered was too small. When I contacted USAjacket about making an exchange, they returned my email the next day. They made getting the product in the correct size easy for me.

The customer service email was a bit slow, it would take a bit too long to return some emails, the only serious issue i had is that the status kept saying "processing" and return emails kept saying "in Process", waited 3 weeks, still the same, then i mentioned canceling my order and gettign a refund, "coincidentally" enough an update shows up and tracking number, the tracking had showed that the jacket had already been shipped 5 days prior and i was not notified about that other than return emails saying "being processed". Bit of a supply and Demand/Shipping issue but that is expected ordering close to Halloween and the popularity of the series.

Good quality jacket, would definitely reccomend.
