I have ordered Globe trainers from Urban Surfer a number of times now. They have always been very competitive in terms of price and delivery has been free. The items have always arrived quickly, and there have been no issues. Would thoroughly recommend using them.

Great website, range of items and excellent customer service!
Loved the layout of the website and the description of the items were very accurate! Such a good range and stock of items, looked everywhere for a certain pair of shoes and couldn't find them but this website had them!!

I am really sorry to hear your experience with us wasn't good. I have looked into this matter for you and can see we had corresponded with your emails, I do acknowledge that our systems had gone down for a short period which was why we hadn't corresponded initially, I can assure you this does not occur often and was due to an improvement we made and had not expected this to happen.
We did arrange for another item to be sent out to you as your first item had not arrived, which unfortunately can happen from time to time, items go missing in transit.
We sent over a tracking number for the second delivery and from checking on royal mail this was delivered.
If this is not the case please get in touch and we will sort this out for you

Item was accurately described good quality fitted perfectly. Customer service where helpful when I contacted them in relation to an enquiry.The only downside was I paid for next day delivery but it was posted as second class.Would use Urban Surfer again.

Fantastic Prices and Very Efficient Company
Ordered an Animal wheeled holdall and the price was easily the best on the internet with free postage and packing too! I wanted the holdall delivered with a delay of a couple of weeks and the bag arrived exactly the day I requested. An email came in good time to state the hour of delivery and everything was as it should be.
I would have no reservations recommending this company - easily a five star service.
