Order delivered to wrong address but no refund!
I placed an online order with Urban Outfitters. The courier delivered the order to a completely different address over 2 miles away. I contacted Urban Outfitters who told me that I needed to contact the courier to resolve the issue and that they couldn’t do anything. I’ve sent them correspondence from the courier but they just keep sending me the same response which is requesting information from the courier. Driving me insane! No refund. Terrible service
