Ordered My Shoes For An Event On The 26th of October...Needless To Say The Tracking Info Wasn't Up To Date. I Emailed Them For A Refund Once I Couldnt Be Provided With Correct Tracking Info. Never Got A Response Back About My Refund..Finally My Shoes Showed Up On 11/15...Almost A Month Smh Very Unsatisfied

Placed an order 3 days ago and I have not received an email confirmation of the order and cant find my order on website although Paypal is showing payment was released. Emailed them a day ago and haven't received a response yet. Mind you I've ordered from them a few times with no problem.

I LOVED the shoes I received from URBANOG! I was a little nervous ordering the clear pumps in fear the material could be terrible! To my surprise the shoes came in amazing quality and even has ventalation holes on the inside arches so it won’t fog up in the shoes so bad from body heat :)
I would definitely order from this site again!! LOVE IT.

I am giving a 2 star review as the shoes that I ordered came in and had stain like scuff on the back of one of my heels. Looks like they may have been returned before or worn. Sad I had to give this review as I have ordered just couple months ago and gave a great review shoes were perfect. So maybe it is hit and miss with this company. Now when I wear them I am going to think everyone is starring at the back of my shoe at the stain on it.

Only reason I did not give a 5 star is because when I placed my order I never received a confirmation email that my order had been received, but when I called they sent it to me. So if I didn't have that small mishap they would have got a 5 star from me. Over all experience placed my order on a Sunday and received tracking information on Monday and order was shipped and received by that Friday. So I was satisfied with the whole process and my order was correct and I love the shoes

You guys have the worst of customer service. I have been ordering with you guys for years and one time that I have a lost package you guys refuse to refund me and just tell me to deal with it. Classic. I am for ever done ordering with you guys as well as any of my friends who I have ever told them about you guys.

I ordered some shoes and the style was accurate to the picture. Loved it. The quality corresponded with the price accurately. However, from my experience with other online boutiques, I made sure I ordered one size bigger because oftentimes I find that with cheap online boutiques the shoes run small. (not bashing, the prices are very low) Anyhow, when I received the shoes they ended up fitting for the larger size that i ordered. Which was great but from that i'm gona conclude that the shoes run small and if you decide to order, order one size up.

Delivery was overall a decent experience. My order came in less than 7 business days for standard shipping. The box inside the packaging was a little dented but that could've been fault of the postal service. It took a few days for me to get the notification that my order was shipped, but once I received that notification, the updates proceeded appropriately until the package reached me. One thing I noticed was that the email updates from UrbanOG got sent to my spam/"Promotions" folder in my email. So check your junk folder if you haven't gotten any updates to your inbox.

What upset me, was that I received the shoe with blemishes. Minor blemishes, but blemishes nonetheless. Completely unacceptable when sending someone a BRAND NEW SHOE. The shoes were very cheap and my style changes often so I probably wont wear them more than a few times. On that note, I personally decided that I will keep them and not return. Plus, the blemishes weren't anything obnoxious. Anyway, they did have a minor scratch or two, black skids on the bottom of the shoes. Not as if they were worn but more like if the were just improperly stored in the warehouse where other items could have been touching the shoes and damaging them. Also, there were small particles in the crevices of the shoe. I'm actually appalled that they felt it was okay to send these out. But, you get what you pay for I guess?

Finally, upon review I wanted to post my comment directly to the website. While completing the form I notice there is only enough characters in the comments section to write a brief sentence. Okay, so I did some serious condensing including pros and cons. Even better, was when I attempted to submit the review and it says my order wasn't found in the system. I was very skeptical because the order shows up in my order history on my UrbanOG account. And that's how I ended here, on TrustPilot writing this review. The audacity of Urban OG is comical.

I would still order from UrbanOG and recommend but I also would not expect too high a quality AT ALL.
