Ordered a range of terrain from their Desert and Badlands selection. Unfortunately, a few of the items broke in transit, so I contacted Urbanmatz to ask about their policy on broken items. Martin from Urbanmatz offered to replace them the very next day. Fantastic service!

We really struggled to find a decent, affordable 6x4 gaming table anywhere in the UK. Then we discovered UrbanMatz and ordered their 6x4 folding gaming table. Folding table
I ordered a folding table from urban matz that unfortunately sustained some damage during transit. Upon contacting Urban Matz support I was helped by Martin who could not have been more friendly, helpful and speedy in sending out another table. Would definately order from them again, good products and excellent staff.
Ordered a mousepad mat and dungeon wall scenery. Highly impressed with both products, the packaging was excellent too. I had brilliant communication from the company throughout.
