Excellent customer service from Urbanistic. Recently purchased a Magnum 3 vaporiser with a water bubbler attachment. The bubbler leaked water several times so contacted Urbanistic through their site. Was dealt with superbly by Molly. I described the issue, she explained she would need to relay it to her supplier who would decide what to do. Molly kept me up to date and a replacement bubbler was sent and received with a few days of initial contact. Replacement has not leaked at all so clearly there was a fault.

Urbanistic are above many of the boom businesses in the CBD market, far from a boom business. My product arrived in time with a great deal of information inside the product and lots of reassuring accreditation , and for once I actually know how much CBD I genuinely have bought and also other amazing Ingredients. Delivery was prompt and Francis and the team always helpful , I don't know how they find the time but you don't feel like they are rushing answering your enquiry.

After receiving a different product than ordered, I wrongly reviewed Urbanistic without taking into account the fact that customer service has time off over the weekend. Ordered on Monday and it came Tuesday next day! My item came boxed securely and even had a handwritten thankyou note inside, very happy with my first experience and will definitely be coming back to use Urbanistic.

Francis handled my order of a Simrell Vortex, and it was amazing!

I forgot to upgrade my shipping to next day, so emailed and asked if I could alter the delivery and pay the difference.

The shipping was upgraded to the best, most expensive service available (guaranteed, signed for, by 1pm) without any questions, and when I emailed to ask how to pay, I was told that it was a gift from the company!!

I am blown away by the contact, professionalism and politeness of this company.

Great service! Speedy delivery. I grabbed a terp pen and spare coils. I looked back today to get another terp pen as a spare cause the thing is so good but it was out of stock :( hope they restock soon as a fancy the silver one as only had black at the time.

Bought the Omnivap XL and it had a slight manufacturing defect. The amazing staff at Urbanistic took care of the problem promptly and professionally. I was given a replacement plus complementary extras next day at no extra cost. Very happy with the customer service.

I cnnot fault Urbanistic' speed of delivery and customer service. I ordered a Puri5 Magnum 2 with bubbler. A day and a half later it all arrived in one package. The bubbler didnt hold the water it's supposed to (NOT Urbanistics fault). I contacted them on messenger and within a day a replacement was sent out. Communication was fantastic 👍 very pleased, I will definitely be using Urbanistic again 😁
