Urbanecofiter is SCAM – Wrong Item, No Response, No Refund, and Exploitation of PayPal Dispute Loophole!
I paid in full for a product but received an entirely incorrect and low-value substitute item. Despite several written notifications, the company has failed to provide any response or refund.
It is evident that the seller has knowingly exploited a procedural loophole in PayPal’s dispute process, thereby preventing me from obtaining a legitimate refund through that channel.
This behavior represents a deliberate breach of contract and a violation of basic consumer protection principles. The lack of accountability and disregard for lawful business conduct is unacceptable.
I am therefore initiating formal legal action and reporting the case to the relevant consumer protection authorities. Potential customers should exercise extreme caution before engaging with this vendor.
