Best Bike for a family to have. I just drop the kids in, zip them up, and we're off. Definitely recommend it to everyone!

What a machine!! Literally the smoothest ride I've ever had. Just bought an Urban Arrow, so happy with how smooth it rides.

We were thinking about a cargo bike for a few months already. Different test rides of different bikes could convince us the Urban Arrow family next 2 would fit our needs as new parents best. We ordered the bike through company leasing but still had a few questions. Urban Arrow servicedesk was very fast to reach out and could solve our questions in minutes with a very efficiënt follow up with our bike dealer. Excellent service! We have the bike for about 2 months now and use it for everyday transport, groceries, brinking our kiddo to daycare, going to work... One of the smoothest rides I have had the opportunity to experience. If you are in need of a cargo bike for either deliveries, groceries, daily use or kids, this is your bike!
Only thing you should consider is that the bike is longer than average and sometimes a bit difficult to park in a crowded environment. Yet, the flexibility of the bike makes this not that much of an issue. Good battery, easy to use system.

After using a bike + trailer for child transport for years, I did not think switching to a cargo bike would make much of a difference, but I was wrong. The convenience and simplicity of it is simply fantastatic. Both we and our children love it. The bike (UA Family) is sturdy and handles really well.

Quality is great. The only issue we had was the apparently common problem that the seam of the left window on the rain cover tore after a while. But now, even though the bike was nearly five years old already, UA have given us a replacement cover free of charge. A very pleasant surprise!

I love my Urban Arrow Family Active Plus. It design is brilliant and it's a real pleasure to ride. Its range and capacity mean that I don't need to own a car at all.
That said, I had to bring the bike in for service 3 times in the first 4 months of ownership for issues including loss of power and GPS module malfunction. Fortunately het Zwarte Fietsenplan in Haarlem provided good warranty service. When it came to the GPS module Urban Arrow, on the other hand, provided a list of reasons why the problem might be my fault, along with an analysis of ride data which did not match my activity. And just today there appears to be a new issue with the motor, meaning it will have required 4 service visits in the first 6 months.

Great bike, already have 10.000 km on the bike and it is not even 2 years since we bought the bike. We have 2 small dogs and the love their carriage!

It's a great bike for transporting my kids, but also lots of other stuff like groceries etc. It handles smooth and feels very sturdy.

It’s been a great help and things are much faster than driving a car in The Netherlands.

Just wish there was a way to cover just the handle bars and seat between rides so it’s not soaking wet when I’m not home(at home there is a cover ).

We live in Miami, where riding a car is mostly the way of life. As Dutchies we really love to ride a bike so we decided to buy an Urban Arrow - now I can bring my daughter to school in the UA, even when it’s really hot, because it is so comfortable and easy to drive. It gives me a feeling of freedom. My daughter loves it, and the design is also beautiful - we are a real attraction for people when we drive by, a lot of oh’s and ah’s!!! And they didn’t even drive on it yet :)
