First time user - From order to delivery great service would definitely use again

I ordered 3 bottles of Skrewball Whiskey on Sunday at 6pm and just had a knock at the door on Wednesday at 1pm. That’s very quick work, no issues with paying extra customs duty either. Excellent service!

I've ordered from a several suppliers in the past but Urban Drinks has genuinely set a new standard for what great customer service looks like. Coupled with their wide array of drinks and their easy to use ordering form, this is a recipe for one heck of an enjoyable cocktail.

From the moment I had an issue or question, their support team was on it — fast, friendly, and unlike many businesses these days they were actually helpful. No waiting around for days, no copy-paste responses that don't address your issue. Real people giving real answers, and doing it with a warmth and professionalism that's rare these days.

Orders arrive promptly, which is exactly what you want when you're stocking up for an occasion or just treating yourself. But what really sets Urban Drinks apart is how they handle the occasional hiccup. Rather than just patching the problem and moving on, they take the time to find a solution that actually leaves you better off than before. We use this rum in Rumtopf for which it is excellent.
Delivery to the uk was very quick this time and the packaging ensured that it got here all in one piece.

I was a little worried as I read some of the reviews, but everything went smoothly and super quick delivery, I would definitely use again.

Ordered a rare El Salvador rum from here after a mate recommended them to me, shipping was fast and, as suggested, I called them out of hours to hear their legendary voicemail message. 10/10 will definitely use again!!!!

Absolute shambles. I mistakenly ordered from this company, assuming it was UK-based, not realising they'd be shipping from Germany. I'd paid double for priority shipping and later emailed them to say I'd have to cancel if it wasn't going to arrive within a week. I was told it would be dispatched tomorrow and would arrive within 4-5 business days and arrive just after Easter, so I went ahead with the purchase. Just over a week later I received an automated email to say the item had just been packaged. It had taken them a week to put it in a box. It was still in Berlin.

In the subsequent email exchange, I received excuses about it being Easter (as if this wasn't known beforehand), smiling emojis and zero apology. How on earth they've got over 4 stars is beyond me. Never, ever again will I be buying anything from these cowboys and I recommend everyone else to give them a wide berth too.

First time ordering from this company & was a little worried after reading the negative reviews but I can’t fault them. My package arrived quickly & I was kept updated every step of the way. It was also the only place I could find that stocked it, very impressed would recommend & order again!
