My statement comes not as a customer, but as a staff member in a hotel located in Sunny Beach. One of the reps - Jerk Andersson - was of great help both to the hotel and the Uptours guests that were expected, during a serious issue on our part. Special thanks to him and Uptours for their commendable attitude and responsiveness.
