Loving this course, as I can plan my study structure in my own way and learn easily with great assets and support!

I hadn't done online learning previously and doing 2x excel classes was fantastic. Both instrutors Ben and Tim did a wonderful job of explaing the content and allowing you to have a go at each of the sections in the chapters.

Was great being that they are day classes and enough break times so that I was able to shuffle work tasks around. Look forward to using the contect that applies to my job, and looking at the bits were I can develop and use more of the content to make everyday tasks quicker in reporting.

I had a great time learning computer programming in upskilled. The support is amazing and the study aid is amazing. Trainers MD and Matthew are very helpful. Vikram who is my instructor for cloud computing is very supportive and patient. I have enjoyed every bit of my subject even the most boring ones. I recommend upskilled. It is a great learning institution that encourages a supportive and a holistic learning environment. They also make you think beyond the box. My study here enabled me to perform a lot of process improvement, and near automation of some of the most important process we do at our work. I only wish upskilled offers gaming development and gaming art in their future courses as i am leaning to those specialties. But overall, the study is definitely worth it. Do it now. Start your year and build something your future self would thank you. I know i did. I mean thanking myself. Not you.

The course was easy to follow and the content was thorough. It covered the basics through to more advanced elements of social media marketing. The support videos for the assessments were really helpful and the dedicated email support was great too.

I have just submitted an RPL of 7 modules. The trainer made the process clear of what evidence I needed to provide in order form my RPL to be successful. Once I got into the RPL process, it became easier. All evidence uploaded, module interviews completed and submission done.

I've really enjoyed my time dealing with Upskilled so far. The Coordinators who are employed to assist you are very knowledgable and quick to respond to any query i've had so far.
In particular my contact Sarah has helped immensely during this process.

I completed my Diploma in IT with Upskilled. I was very happy with my experience. This was done entirely online.
I had access to all the online materials required through their portal which was very easy to navigate and find.

Each course within my diploma was broken into into smaller modules, covering learning material and then an assessment over the materials provided.

I was really worried that I would struggle completing a diploma if I started one but they had so many areas for support including online courses and access to email the tutors directly through out my course.

I want to give special thanks to my tutors especially Russell James for all their help and guidance through the course.

I have just completed a Diploma in HR Management. The support that I received from my trainer (Peter) was excellent and he was quick to respond to my questions.

The online portal was hard to use and some of the questions were not well written, so I found myself a little lost at times.

I'm very happy with my experience at Upskilled while completing the Certificate IV in Human Resources. The courses content was modern, and applicable to my current place of work. The trainers were consistently supportive and quick to respond to any questions or concerns.

I’ve just received my Statement of Attainment from doing the short course in social media marketing. I really enjoyed this course, and have learnt a lot, and I certainly plan to complete the diploma in full. Joshua was a fantastic trainer and assessor, quick to provide feedback and marks once assessments were submitted, as well as providing helpful suggestions and solutions when I got a bit stuck on a task. Overall a very enjoyable experience!

Sarah Marshall is fabulous. She's approachable, friendly and knowledgeable. She makes assessments far easier to understand than the course instructions.

This course has surprised me how far I have progressed setting up my online e-commerce business from home already and I’m only onto the 3rd subject of 9.
I have set up my Facebook and Instagram Business Pages and now constructing a WIX website. It was only a few weeks ago I wondered how I was going to approach my website or who I would get to build it for me, and now I am building it myself.
Joshua, my course Trainer from UpSkilled has been a great help and helping me to move forward confidently on track and the course itself is set up to help reinforce what I already knew with Social Media and then a whole lot more as far as how to utilize organic marketing across the various Social platforms.
I would really recommend this course to anyone wanting to open their own business and Joshua is a great guide and trainer to help you get there.
Being only 3rd subject in, I can only wonder what is yet in store through the course and see my business to an opening stage next year 2024 sometime mid year. Not only am I studying the course, but I’m also constructing and setting up my business from home at the same time!

Joshua has been great supporting me with any questions I have on my assessments. He gets back to me quickly and offers help via email or booking a time to chat. Assessments submitted are marked within 24 hours!

Joshua H was my trainer and assessor and has been absolutely amazing. He has been excellent throughout my Digital Marketing course and has been so helpful and approachable.

The assistance has been very helpful including the support from the trainer (Gideon) via one on one zoom meeting, which can be requested at any time, to discuss the topics.

The trainer provided PowerPoint guides for each unit, including audio commentary, so you understand how to structure your answers and what is expected in the answer to questions.

They have been very flexible around participation considering I have a very busy work environment and can't commit to doing the course every day.

Would highly recommend these guys.

My experience so far is great my assessor is great and how he goes into detail in ways to help me understand how to answer questions and ways to look at them. I love that I can ask for help and I can choose a time to zoom call as soon as possible. Overall experience is great!

Relevant, engaging, & immediately applicable to my working roles. The flexible design of the course allows me to fit in study around work, and family commitments. The curriculum is engaging as the training utilises a mix of self paced learning methods including reading, discussion boards and videos. The topics are varied, interesting and relevant. The trainers are wonderul, responsive and a helpful point of contact for questions I have regarding my studies, and assessments. Grateful and extremely happy to have gone on this journey with Upskilled- I am now armed with greater business knowledge and ability.
