Our experience with Upeco Accounting services

We collaborated with Upeco for about one year. We started with the best intentions but soon enough we realized that they didn't know how to support an e-shop. We were told that they knew how to work all e-commerce platforms, and online banks, but every single month we reached the point where we had to talk by the phone for around 3+ hours, trying to explain the same things every time, things they were supposed to know.
From the csv files we were sending them, we had to explain every time which was the beginning price, the discount price and so on. It's understandable in the beginning I guess, but every time?
In the first months every time that we sent them the files, they were asking us to which bank each of our shops paid to. And even when we answered, a few days later they'd ask again. We had to create a visual and pin it on a chat with them so they'd stop asking every time.

We were even asked to stop using one of the payment methods and only use credit card payments, because the way the other online payment method worked wasn't convenient to them when they did the accounting work.

The time that they'd always contact us was always inconvenient. They'd call at 11pm or 12am. Even though we had asked kindly to contact us on business hours, they'd still call late. We reached the point where we saw a phone call from them and dragged to answer because not only were we repeating things we had already on previous phone calls, but they'd always whine about how they do so much work for our business and that we should be paying them more for it.

Coming to today. We left their office on October. Although we did pay in full for the accounting services for that month, we didn't ask for a refund. We found a new accounting office, and because of this, Upeco is refusing to cooperate with us, in paying the subscription to the cloud services they used for just one month so our new accountants can continue with the accounting work for our business. For the accounting work that we were paying them for months and belongs to our company!!!!
Instead of this, with the claim that they'd do work we can't even imagine, and only them and their partners know, they're asking for the bizarre amount of 570gbp, for something that doesn't cost over 70gbp, and they told us that they aren't even sure that our account would be recovered completely.

I have contacted via phone and email the cloud services that they use, and they can see the account has been deactivated since November, and they told us that it only needs to be renewed in order to reinstate, and all access would be regained in full.

All in all very unprofessional and disappointing.
