Excellent service from Sarah at the Chester store. She took the time to understand what I needed and made sure I left with the right trainers, without any pressure. Friendly, knowledgeable and a real credit to the team. I'd highly recommend Up & Running Chester and will definitely be back.

This was my first time buying running trainers from this shop, and I couldn’t have asked for a better start. I was served by Mark, who was absolutely fantastic from start to finish.

He took the time to properly understand my running style, asked all the right questions, and gave me really helpful, knowledgeable advice – no pushy sales talk at all, just genuine great support. He helped me pick out exactly the right pair of shoes that fit perfectly and feel like they’ll be ideal for how I run.

I was served by Rob who was very helpful with my request. I needed some comfy shoes for something that will involve long distance trekking and he knew exactly what I need and provided the correct shoes for me that were super comfy when I tried them. Great knowledge of product and service

I was welcomed by the staff members in the Nottingham store and Mark has been very helpful with helping me choose my first running shoes that were tailored to me after a gait analysis.

My first visit to the Bristol shop today for some trainers for walking and in the gym. Yvette couldn’t have been more helpful, knowledgeable and friendly, assessing my feet then selecting lots of different styles for me to try. There was no rush or pressure to buy. A great experience …and I ended up with some great trainers. Thank you Yvette.

Had a fantastic fitting in store a couple of weeks ago. A lot of time put into fitting and finally got a pair of trainers that don’t give me blisters on the soles of my feet! Big thanks to Sue, who was very knowledgeable and a great help!

I needed trainers with a broad toe box but with arch support and a good heel 'grip' as my feet and L knee are wearing out. Happily the North View shop has Yvette, she listened to my issues, understood the problem and then offered sensible advice. With excellent knowledge and great patience we tried five different trainers from their amazing stock, they even had half-sizes for my size 11s. As an over 70 year old ex-runner, I can now walk in comfort, with appropriate support and feel more confident to walk many miles. Many thanks to Yvette, North View

Excellent service from Ben at your Darlington store, he listened to what I required and brought down a selection to try. I went for good old faithful brooks glycerin 😍

As for customer service this is how it should be done! Sue was TOP!!!! Very patient, full of banter and had good knowledge of the products.

I went to the Leeds branch to have my gait measured and Corrie was amazing! He was very patient and informative which was super helpful. I never felt any pressure from him either with buying the shoes.

Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful service. Especially since I am clearly not a runner.

We were in Chester last week and stumbled upon this amazing running shop. My husband has struggled to get comfortable training shoes, so I persuaded him to go in and take a look. Sarah was so friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. She listened to his problems and suggested suitable shoes for him to try. No pressure, just good advice. He ended up buying a pair of New Balance and he is delighted with them. They are the best fit and most comfortable shoes he has had in ages. Thank you Sarah. Wish we lived nearer, but we will definitely be back when hubby needs more shoes. I really recommend Up and Running and most especially the lovely Sarah.

Visited Up & Running Bristol on Sunday 12 July. Ollie was fantastic, he wasn't pushy and gave several choices across a a varied selection of price and brand. Wont be going anywhere else in the future. Yvette was also very friendly and helpful.

I I called into the Basingstoke store with no experience or expectations and really nervous. The 2 gentleman could not have made me more comfortable. They spent an hour with me analysing my feet and legs and running on the treadmill in a number of different trainers. It was a pleasant experience and I would 100% recommend going there

I went to the store in Nottingham city centre, I was greeted by lovely Sallyann. She was super helpful in finding me my perfect race shoe for my first half marathon. I highly recommend going here to find your perfect running trainers and asking for Sallyann :)

Really excellent service from Aaron today. He was knowledgeable, and gave very clear explanations of gait analysis and shoe options. Wasn’t in a rush to make a sale. Will come here again when we next need running shoes.
