Great price for a cross country move (about half of PODS’ quote). The containers were delivered and picked up on time. The delivery drivers were courteous and all phone reps were helpful.

Very easy to work with, very good customer service, very reasonable price. It was half the price other companies quoted us. Delivered and picked up on time. Love this company and would recommend and use them in the future. Thanks for taking the stress out of my move. Highly recommend them

From start to finish U-Pack Moving was easy & efficient. Their staff, at every point of contact, was kind and helpful. I highly recommend using U-Pack for moving. Their service is priced affordably compared to other moving options while the customer service is exceptional. I hope I don't have to move for years but if I do I know I will be loyal to U-Pack.

The delivery driver was on time. He also called our phone number to let us know he was just 15 minutes away. He used his forklift to put it on our driveway. He parked it perfectly and made sure the doors were facing the right way. We unloaded the container in 40 minutes. Called the company back and let them know the Pod was ready for pickup. Our driver was able to come back within 40 minutes to remove the container from our driveway and take it back to there home base. The driver was so friendly! Great service and would definitely use these POD containers again. Much better than trying to drive a U-Haul.

U-Pack was sooooo easy to use! One cost - no hidden fees, no extra delivery or shipping/fuel fees, just one total cost. The customer service reps were all easy to work with, super friendly, amazing individuals. I cannot say enough good things! If I need moving services in the future, I’ll definitely use U-Pack.

They were prompt in the days of delivery and pickup. They were very nice to work with and their price from their quote did not waver. Both guys that delivered the cubes were knowledgeable and answered my questions. This is the 2nd time I used them and was truly satisfied each time. THANKS UPack for my experience pleasant.

I moved from SD to TX. U-Pack made the move less stressful. Being able to load my things at my convenience was a huge plus. The cost was reasonable and significantly less than the other companies I checked with.
Once I had everything ready, I called and they picked up the pods the next day. I had everything delivered to my new location in less than a week.
I would highly recommend U-Pack.

For a self pack company Upack is great. Keep in mind, all packing is on you.. so there are additional fees that you will encounter. Especially if like me you do a cross country move. However..I sold and downsized a lot so it worked for me well. Communication was great, timing was just as they promised… and on both ends drop off and pickup was easy. Friendly and efficient.

The pricing was transparent and the customer service was very consistently positive.
We picked our items up at an ABF Freight site and that team was very helpful. None of our items were damaged. I would use U-Pack Moving again.

U-Pack was awesome and a WAY better experience than I would have had with their competition. It’s a gut feeling, but to me there is no doubt they are better! They are responsive and quick to help with the moving experience. Great customer service all around. In both Colorado and Florida, especially the people that dropped my pods off and picked up were so great and truly helped me out.

I first contacted u pack after being sent a quote by another company...when I called that company they tried to more than double the estimate. I was in tears because it ruined everything I had I place. I called UPack. They MADE my move. The price they quoted was exactly what they charged. The drop was simple ( I was out of state and had someone handling it for me) I had a couple issues and they were on it and helpful. I had such a great experience with UPack that I would definitely use them in the future.

I could not have had a better moving experience!!!! My items were safe, everything was ON TIME, I hope I never have to do a cross country move again, but if I do- you’re the only option I’ll choose! I saved THOUSANDS of dollars using upack!!!! At least 10k!!!!!

The trailer was deliver on the date and time we had arranged, the driver was very helpful in the placement and set up for our loading. I had guessed how much of the trailer I would need but ended up using 2 more feet, but the pricing was such that the additional space was on our quote. I loved that we loaded the trailer in MD and then locked our stuff behind a wall and it would not be touched until I unlocked it at our new home in AZ! When the trailer arrived on time we arranged for delivery. Darryl the driver made the deliver and pick up so smooth, he really know what he was doing. Customer service was excellent in assuring all my many question during the process. I just can't think of anyway U pack or ABF could have done any better for us.

Simple, straight forward, easy to contact!!

Everything from the first call to the pick up of the empty ReloCubes after the move was complete was so easy, on time and straightforward. It was such an easy process with ABF that it literally seemed too good to be true. Punctual. Everything was in perfect condition when it arrived at our new home. All very friendly and kind as well as professional. Could not say enough GOOD about rhe entire process with our move from TN to PA!!!! Exceptional!!!!!!
