I don't even want to give them 1 star. Their triage form is a joke. I waited 3 weeks for a phone appointment, chased twice and was told the appointment was closed because the Dr had tried to call me twice. I had missed one call due to having to work and the Dr was over an hour late so I was losing work! I was told the Dr would try again but did not. I was called once and have sent my call logs to evidence this. I was basically accused of lying on the phone and told to fill in another triage form. A completely unprofessional and dangerous way to run a Drs surgery. There is no duty of care whatsoever.

They were horrible. They refused to give me my medication and they were racist. The doctor and half the people there weren’t even trained properly. 0 out of 10. I’m done with that Doctors do not go there.
