Unreliable and not transparent
I ordered a pergola on March 30th. I was answered that it would not be available as of mid April for delivery mid May, even if I paid for it (this should have been noted when I ordered).
I did not hear from them until I wrote and asked for news and to fix a date for delivery. They tried to call me once when I was not reachable and sent me a message simply stating that the delivery to them was delayed to would be May 26th! for delivery to me beginning of June, no excuses. I still have to wait even if I paid not a small sum end March…. Terrible service for a brand that pretends to be high end.

I’ve been a client since 1996 and over the years I’ve purchased benches, tables and chairs. Unopiù has exceptional quality products, the table and benches purchased over 25 years ago are still beautiful! I just recently purchased two new benches and chairs for my new home and once again I’m happy with my new items. I had questions regarding my order and Mario was so kind and able to help, excellent customer service.

Gazebo bought in Florence
We bought a gazebo in July. The sales representative was competent and nice, although he didn't inform us that there was the opportunity of having a team come and set it up for us in our garden (for a fee, of course), which would have been much easier that hiring two guys to do it (they didn't know how to put it together). Delivery was a nightmare. When the gazebo was delivered, we discovered that four pieces were missing. I called and a very rude representative told me she figured out which pieces were missing. Well, she was wrong (besides being rude). I called back and two days later the pieces were delivered. Terrible customer service!

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service! If you can buy someplace else, I recommend it. We took advantage of their sale period and ordered all of our outdoor furniture spending 10,000 euros (shipping & handling included). We live in Switzerland so the delivery came from Italy. The delivery was done through the swiss post office with just one person who was told to leave it at the door! The shipment wasn't complete so the remaining items came UPS where we had to pay the shipping..200chf!!!!! Then we just received a bill for 960chf for shipping and handling!!!!! NO RESPONSE from Unopiu!
Its disgusting and no sale is worth this hassle. Buy someplace else.
