this company is a joke!! paid for an unlock code that i never got.. emailed customer service multiple times and the address comes back as invalid or unknown or doesn't exists.. ive filed a dispute with my bank in hope's to get my money back

This company is a scam we paid for the unlock service for our Moto g and I cannot reach anyone and when I look online it just shows the order but that's it. No response nobody to speak with no u no lock code. zNOTHING
. I THINK ITS A SCAM. I SHOULD HAVE DONE MY RESEARCH FIRST. THEY DID A NINJA MOVE ALRIGHT ON MY MONEY...!!!

Well I'm part of the scammed club, seems every review has the same circumstances. There must be a way to stop these scammers! Who can we turn this crooked ass company into and get our money back! I work hard for my money and I don't like giving it away for free and not getting something I paid for! GIVE US OUR REFUNDS!!!

I recently paid for unlock service for my Alcatel phone and it's been 2 days now and haven't heard a word. SCAM. SAVE YOUR MONEY they don't even deserve one star

Scam alert! Sept 27 2021 . i am among the list of vitims. Sent money . waited 2 weeks. emailed them. No service provided . don't give these horrible people your money

Very unreliable. They advertise 72hrs. More than a week later no response. Contacted them, I get an automated response, they will get back to you in 24 hours. They never did. I wouldn't recommend using them.

They don't deserve 1 star. Same as everyone else. Took my money but no code. Have requested refund - one week later still no response. AVOID.

BEWARE This website is a scam paid and got nothing in return. No response to emails do no use unlock ninja charge back with credit card company so they dont get the money

Placed an order for a simple Alcatel ,enquired several times on delivery, all I got was a auto generated email saying the same thing, think I've been done, only 4.00 but still ripped off, avoid this site its fake

I have purchased 2 unlock codes for a Motorola G . I chose the 6-12 hour option and have yet to get anything from them or a response back and have sent 5 emails including the order number and imei like they said to . I want a refund and they will not answer me . I wouldn’t waste my time on there service because it’s a scam ..

I order a unlock code for Huawei 5557 606. They acknowledge the order but didn't get the activation. I don't think there is a way to get a refund as well because they don't respond to email. The emails they send are automatically generated once.

I entered IMEI on website and still the website says please enter IMEI, and the thing is they accepted my payment and deducted the balance needed for unlock service but still nothing!!!! I emailed them Russel provided me a ticket ID 8674 but still doesn’t reply. How Do I get a refund or do I receive my unlocks?
