Broken facilities
We arrived on the 21st June (weds) , the apartment was to standard - except the awning over the balcony was broken - the remote wasn't working , we tried everything we could to sort it . My husband even found the cleaner who tried to help. It completely blocked the view we had picked and paid for.
The next day (Thursday) I spoke to the office and was assured someone would look at it . Nothing was done. I messaged on WhatsApp , emailed and called and was assured it would be done that day (Friday). We were in Barcelona and didn't get back until 7pm and by then the awning was moved up - we left it there until we left as we daren't risk using it again.
I booked this specific accommodation for our needs , it was €500approx for 4 nights - and 2 of these we had no view and darkness on the balcony - nearly half our stay !
We have a disabled son (learning disabilities and autism) and the reason me and my husband booked this was so he could have his space in the room , and we could enjoy the views on the balcony - this was ruined half of the stay .
