They tried 3 times to deliver a package…

They tried 3 times to deliver a package to me. First, they put it in my mailbox, which is against the law and the package was confiscated. The local post office said they are notorious for doing this type of delivery. The company then sent me a replacement product and it never made it after I gave a replacement explicit delivery instructions.

Terrible Delivery Experience. (or lack of a delivery)

I had a package sent to the mall where I work, and the delivery driver called me asking me to come and meet them in a different location, (I was not at work so I told him to just come in and give it to a receptionist because the package was a two days early, plus I don't feel comfortable going out of a public space to meet a stranger.) They tell me that they can not find my shop but then proceed to tell me they are standing outside of the mall. I tell them that if the go into the mall by the entrance closest to me and then take two turns and you will be right at my shop. As I am trying to give adjacent stores to help them find their way, they hang up on me. This conversation happens another twice more. As well as "Failed delivery attempt" notifications telling me that delivery was unsuccessful and that they will try again later or send back on another day. Finally on the third time the delivery driver calls me and we have the same conversation once more, still hung up on while trying to help them find my store. An hour later I not only get a delivery attempt message, but a message that they have sent my parcel back to the warehouse. The only reason I am giving an extra star is because when I called UNIUNI on the fifth time, I was actually answered in about 8 minutes, and not just the call dropping or suddenly hanging up on me. The customer service representative was helpful and adjusted my shipping address so that the would physically have to come into the shopping center to deliver my package and I should get it in another 5 days or less, when I should have gotten it less than 4 days ago. If it wasn't for the customer service representative I would have automatically given UNIUNI a 1 star review.

Worst delivery company ever

When the tracking says "Out for Delivery" it means absolutely nothing. I had one package that took 4 days to deliver. I'm expecting another that says "Out for Delivery" and I'm still waiting after 3 days.

Too lazy to walk through gate and leave on porch

Perhaps I should give Uniuni two stars because I received the package, but leaving it on the ground outside my unlocked gate rather than walk 12 feet and leave on the porch shows inexcusable laziness.

This package could have easily been stolen or left outside all night, thus deserving the single star.

Seeing all the single stars implies this company isn't going to change any time soon. I'll have to contact the medical supplements company and have them reconsider Uniuni as a shipper.

They lost my package

They've lost my package UUS6382790252586066. It's ridiculous and unacceptable. My order was supposed to be delivered yesterday and still nothing now. My supplements are supposed to be COLD during transport and then refrigerated immediately, but these idiots now have my expensive supplements lying somewhere in a truck lost during this California heat wave. FML. Their support is USELESS. Idk why iHerb uses this scam of a company.

Absolute Worst Delivery Experience in the World - Pure Incompetence

I have used numerous delivery services worldwide, but UniUni is by far the absolute worst. Their service is a complete mockery of the customer.
1. Deceptive Tracking: My parcel has been sitting in the Burnaby warehouse since March 6th. Today, they updated the status only to say it’s at the same location. The tracking data is a complete mess and utterly unreliable.
2. Insulting Customer Service: Their chatbot responds with scripted, meaningless lines that feel like they are mocking the customer. There is no transparency and no way to get a real answer.
3. Zero Communication: They have no platform for public complaints, and they never answer the phone. They completely ignore customers once they have the package.
It is ridiculous that a local delivery within the same province takes longer and is more stressful than an international shipment from Europe. Do not use this service if you have a choice. This is not a delivery company; it's a black hole for your packages.

I would give 0 stars if I could. They claim my package was undeliverable then I tried to submit a complaint, and suprise suprise...there was an error so it wouldnt complete. The the chat option is ridiculous and repeats the same thing. Tjey literally could not tell me if my package was still being delivered or not, just thati t was returned to the warehouse. I tried calling and again suprise no one was avaialble. Literally the absolute worst POS shipping company ever.

Worst delivery service out there

Worst delivery service out there, nothing takes the cake to how terrible this service is. The delivery driver marked my package failed even though I am present at all times during delivery hours no one attempted to deliver my package, when i contacted them it took my 3 days to get a response, I gave them very detailed instructions on how to enter the property and business, the delivery driver refused to enter the property no matter how many times I told them I was there to receive the package. They then turned around and took the package back to the warehouse. I have contacted them several times since then through email and phone and cannot get anyone to return my call or emails.

Worst courier company

I have to say this is the worst delivery service I’ve experienced. My package was never delivered, yet the system showed a delivery attempt. When I first called customer service, I was told it would be redelivered with my apartment number that was now listed After waiting a week with no delivery, I called again and was told the package was lost in the warehouse. How does a package get lost in a warehouse unless there is serious mishandling or theft of undelivered packages?”

Delivery always fail with them while other couriers have no issues delivering my packages. Customer service is none existent. I call during normal hours and I get automated pre recorded message that phone lines are closed and should call during normal working hours but I was calling during normal business hours then why they close their phone lines? Submitting online ticket is impossible, website is full of bugs and I always get errors when I try to submit online ticket. I sent them an email like one week ago and they never reply. I am frustrated as I can't contact them in any shape or form, and they never reattempt any Delivery, so my product either got stolen by their employees or it's stuck in their warehouse.

Worst delivery service!

Worst delivery service!! The driver doesn’t care about your packages, they left them anywhere. One driver delivered my package at 3AM of course it was not there when I got up!!
The customer service couldn’t care less if you received your packages or not! As long as the driver put it as delivered. Very unreliable and inconsiderate!!! I wish I could give it 0 star!!!

UNIUNI IS INCOMPETENT!

UPDATE a day after this review was originally posted: UniUni's response in what I assume will be their stock, go-to reply where they attempt to absolve themselves of any culpability.: " After a parcel is successfully delivered by UniUni, responsibility for its delivery ends." NOTE: When instructions are given by a customer-purchaser, UniUni WILL ignore those and then state that their obligations have been met. Throwing or leaving a package on anyone's front steps and exposed for all or anyone to see if passing by, will result in package theft. It's nice that UniUni actually admits (noted below) they were fully aware of how this was to be delivered and in the event they didn't reach anyone at home, to then attempt a 2nd delivery at another time..... EVIDENCE of their inconsistent conduct! BOYCOTT ANY BUSINESS THAT USES UNIUNI AS THEIR CHOICE FOR DELIVERY IF YOU ARE NOT COMPENSATED FOR THEIR IGNORANCE, lost or missing items/packages etc. AND MAKE YOUR VOICE HEARD WITH SUCH SELLERS! I expect my seller-Vevor will make good on their end but who knows.... ***For UniUni the following is what I previously wrote for this review - Incompetent delivery personnel or employees. Tracking is never up to date and once they (might) receive your items, the tracking begins but stops there for a few days. They do not follow delivery instructions but thankfully they admitted to me in a reply/email that they did in fact receive my instructions so at least they were aware of how the delivery should ensue. No strange or bizaree request for this, I merely advised that they not leave my packages where I definitely assumed they would if no one was home to receive them. They missed Vevor's deadline as stated when I purchased online, that day came and went, the next day - on a Saturday, UniUni proceeded to enter my property, didn't bother to knock or ring my doorbell and had they done so and not found anyone home, as mandated by their policy and easy enough to find for yourself on their website: "they attempt delivery once and if no one is there to accept it, they try again another time, a 2nd time." After that 2nd attempt I assume they just hold on to it or it gets returned to sender. It's a well known fact that there are "Porch Pirates" everywhere and that in itself is a risk, never mind having such an incompetent choice for delivery business to be in possession of your purchased items. Prior to purchasing from any vendor, make sure you know who should be deliveringyour precious items and if it's UniUni, PASS!!!!! if a seller does not first disclose who they ship with, perhaps it's a sign that they use such companies so you're immediately at risk if UniUni is involved. UniUni assumes that by leaving items on somene's front steps which are easy to see from the public passing by, means they have met their obligations to the seller and the customer. They have NOT!

UniUni driver Carelessly Threw Package 25 Feet

My box of health supplements, delivered by UniUni, was thrown carelessly from the edge of the walkway a distance over 25, that is TWENTY-FIVE feet, to my front door. Unprofessional, Reckless, Negligent, Lazy, Haphazard, Careless UniUni Driver.

Very bad

Terrible delivery experience. The driver did not deliver the package properly. Instead of placing it inside the parcel locker, he left it outside the parcel box in a public area of my apartment complex where people frequently pass by. This makes the package very vulnerable to theft.

He also took photos of my apartment but never came upstairs to knock on my door, even though it was the weekend and residents are likely home. Since the driver didn’t have a key for the parcel lockers, the reasonable thing would have been to knock on the door or deliver the package to the apartment office. Instead, he simply left it exposed.

Overall this was extremely careless and unprofessional delivery service. 0/10 experience.

VERY DISRESPECTFUL, AGGRESSIVE DELIVERY PERSONS.

VERY disrespectful delivery person, accompanied by a friend, was extremely rude to my neighbor. The delivery person claimed that the front door would not open. My neighbor, who kindly allows my deliveries to go to her apartment, went out to let them in. They continued their rude, aggressive behaviour.
