Eren was great to deal with. His response to any query was prompt and always helpful. The men packing were pleasant and worked well. One small concern, I should have had the opportunity to double check the cupboards. A few items were not packed. However I will still recommend Eren and his team to anyone moving abroad.

From the start this company exceeded our expectations. From our first contact with them they have been on the ball. I first reached out to them by using their webpage, hoping to hear from someone in the next day or two but within 30 minutes of my message Tom was on the phone to me. He arranged for Jo to come and assess our belongings. With another carrier we had contacted a young lady came round to assess and every question we asked she said she would “have to look into that”. We don’t know if she did. Jo however insisted on sitting down with us for half an hour before looking at anything. During that half hour she explained everything and answered all our questions. She knew her stuff!
Her quote was slightly less than the other company. We had been planning to get a third quote but were so impressed with PSS that we decided to go ahead with them straight away.
Telephone contact was easy dealing with any queries we had. Then came the actual packing. Graham arrived at 7.25 am on the appointed day and went into a whirlwind of packing. We were not as prepared as we should have been with a lot of sorting of rubbish to do but they were not phased and took it all in their stride. He and his team were exceptional in the speed and efficiency in which they packed and could not have been more cooperative and helpful. It took three and a half days to pack and load the container. Whilst all the workers were good Graham was the tour de force. He was brilliant.
It is too early to say how the moving experience went as we are still in the UK. We can only hope the shippers and the carriers at the other end are just as good as PSS - or is it United International? We never really understood which was the correct name!
