DO NOT USE

Never picked up my boxes and have ignored all my emails requesting a refund. DO NOT USE. They claim to make the experience easy but have no viable outlets you can contact them except via email.

One box missing, no communication.

One box missing, a total lack of communication.

Where to begin with my shambolic experience with this company? Upon arranging for the collection for my items from my university household, nobody came on the designated day. I had the most stressful experience trying to chase a response - the company eventually contacted the couriers and the delivery was arranged for the next day - however, this was with its own delays and I ended up missing my train to London and delaying the return of my keys from my rented university house. This put my international flight in jeopardy. Despite the immense stress and time pressure I was under, I had remained perfectly understanding and civil in my tone - the same cannot be said for Marie (who responded to my emails), whom, after identifying the courier company, told me to google them for their phone number and organise the tracking of my collection by myself.

However, ultimately, my items were collected - and though I felt rather uneasy about having them go to a company which seemed to have little professionalism, there was not much I could do in such a short amount of time. I did send another email, explaining that I had missed my train and whilst I made my flight, considering unistudentstorage was entirely responsible for the late collection of my items, I would like compensation. There was no response.

I recently arranged for the delivery of my stored items - and have received 5/6 items. After contacting the courier service, I was told to contact unistudentstorage as the final box appeared to have been returned to them. My emails to them continue to go unresponded. Their phone line is not 'accepting calls'. I am not sure where to go from here, but trust that I will be taking action as this is unacceptable.
