Scam and the take from my account 60$ and people on this website it's just AI. Nothing real i didn't start that skam trip on their skam website.

WARNING!! Do not use .I have only used their trial and iv had to raise a bank dispute they have taken about £160 out of my account in 3 days .Their contact forms does not allow you to add any detail . I will be suing .

This page should be banned immediately. The profiles are fake and you are actually talking to an AI. They are making huge money from fraud and I don't know who but they should be punished and banned immediately.

I wish I could give them minus 10000000 rating. Customer service is shit as. Don’t come here they charge you extra for no reason without your permission and when I called them I didn’t understand what they saying. First I thought they are not talking in English and I realised after a while oh they talk in English with bad accent and 95% I don’t get what they saying and I was keep saying cancel my subscription that’s all I want

Same as all the other reviews. Tried a 3 day subscription, only to be charged for a month. Called for a refund. It says refund pending on my Zilch account but it has tried to take the payment again. I'm thinking to contact ombudsman to get the money back. Maybe even find out from a solicitor what can be done. This is not acceptable. After day purchasing 3 days trial I could not use the site. Instantly.

I doubt that any of these profiles are real, none are verified, they use the same kind of language and never once i conversation is continued after the initial conversation. Never heard any one get a date from this site.

Took multiple amounts from my account when I only asked for the three day membership. There were two men in uniform & the rest were civilian. I was not able to use the site after the first day!!

I met my partner on UD back in 2011 (I'm a civilian and he's military turned firefighter). We've never looked back. I'm sad to see all the one star reviews complaining about money - it doesn't seem like any of those people have even got as far as the site itself. At the time it had a good chat room where you could safely talk to each other without sharing phone numbers and my experience was really good. I can't say how the site is now, but back then there was a good proportion of men to women and I don't remember seeing any made-up profiles. If uniformdating have changed things up and are promoting their 'sister' sites, maybe they should consider going back to how things were in the good old days.

Scam! Charge you for 3 day trip and then when you cancel they charge you again.

When I phoned up they said that I didn’t tick the box and therefore I have signed myself up to a one month subscription to their sister website. Very sneaky!

They have offered me 2 months use of the site and when I politely declined their very “kind” offer they say they are going to refund me, however looking at previous posts I won’t be seeing that again. What an absolute rip off and scam!!!!!

Extremely bad stay well aware you won't get your money back ever even if they cancel the event and reschedule it 4 times over 8 weeks. They don't even tell you the venues and don't send email let you know if it on and it suppose to by 530 and they don't

Trying to charge me, after I Cancelled the subscription even I was just on 3 day trial no point bother calling them because everyone on here are saying they don’t do anything but take more money out. I don’t know what to do

I had a Very unpleasant experience. Complicated billing system. I ended up pressing stupid buttons and I was overcharged and they couldn't refund me.

This site is a rip off I don't get any response even iv paid extra

They've taking payments for a month and will not stop,I don't even have a subscription that I know of ,I want my money back

If I could give zero stars I would!
I went to join but it declined my payment and I didn't bother to retry.
The next day two payments came out for over £3 and over £10 which I hadn't authorised.
Then a couple of days later two payments totalling over £100 came out.
I had no access to the site and contacted their customer services who refused to refund me (despite not even being a member or having access to the site...Crazy!).
I reported them to my bank for fraudulently taking my money without my consent. Absolute scam site, avoid.

Would rate 0 stars if I could. Awful website - don’t bother. Full of accounts with 1 photo and doesn’t verify members. Customer service is awful too. Accidentally pressed a subscription and they refused to refund me. Deleted the account and won’t have anything to do with them again.

Completely fake website. 75% of the "female" profiles are from fake sister website "girlsdateforfree", utter garbage, nobody actually genuine on it. And constant pop ups that will have you accidentally paying extras from one tap. Website needs to be shut down immediately

After phoning and cancelling the subscription on the same day they proceeded to take a further £90 from my account over the next three days. Scam company.

The site is full of bots and no actual people!! Lots of ads!
Got a free trial, I tried to cancel after the week trial. It wouldn’t let me -£89 later i rang then to cancel.
I got in touch with a lovely Indian gentleman that ignored absolutely everything I said and told me I am to pay monthly from now on. After me screaming down the phone to cancel everything..,
One phone call to my bank got sorted and ended up having to get a new card and block my last one.

STAY AWAY!!!

Signed up only for a few days, then had a message to sign up for an additional week for £7 , then to wake up this morning to find find £86 was taken out of my account even when I cancelled the subscription yesterday, called them.. no-one answered for 20 minutes so I gave up. Will be reporting for fraud,
