If I could give more than 5 stars for this review, I’d love to. The shoes I ordered “AF1xOff-White” is sooo cool! Perfect combination of color and style! It’s so clean that it doesn’t even look like hand-made. The packaging also is instagrammable, they delivered it so fast. I’d love to order another pair again and try different design.

Appreciate their business idea, customizing a product makes it unique, I bought an Apple Watch band, I really like the product, unfortunately they failed to make the holes and it was so unusable, I had to reach their office to get it repair, I do not put 5 stars because I would have preferred them to work to replace it or make sure not to ask me, however I reward the fact that they are young people and will have the opportunity to understand the importance of after-sales service, 👍

Really outrageous ! Bad service, they didnt answere mails and let you wait more than 2 months. Never ever buy something again, really outrageous. And for this you pay 210euros, buy some original air force abd do by yourself !

the processing times of the shoe are written on the site and are 45 working days, excluding holidays and Sundays.
So the processing of the handmade product is about 2 months, not having ready material but making it only at the customer's request, the wait is justified, because they are hand painted products.
With the advent of Covid, the timing has been slightly extended, but we have always given the info to all our customers.
