Our orders are shipped using a next working day delivery service, therefore Monday would be the correct delivery date. Did not arrive
Did not arrive - sent emails and made calls to the ‘admin’ which are not connected to the business in any way so can only take your number to pass on, promised returned calls, got none, email address given for disputes returned as not reaching destination - !! had to raise a dispute through PayPal - dreadful Service - 11 days on still nothing and item due by Tuesday a week ago, heating broken so quite desperate chose this supplier as efficient delivery promised ??

We replied to your email first thing Monday and attempted three call backs on Tuesday, but were unable to reach you. As you have claimed a refund, PayPal will issue it automatically.

I ordered a hot water thermostat after 3:30pm on day 1, and I received it on day 3 by DHL. I believe I could get it on day 2 if I ordered it in the morning of day 1. Anyway, it offers good price, and fast delivery.

Wrong sensor sent ,replacement sent very quickly.Was initially put of when credit card details were put in and then transferred to another page that asked for them again,but wasn’t a problem, just a bit odd.

Great that they use DHL for delivery so you can real time track orders.
