Go City pass for Boggy Creek Orlando
Go City pass for Orlando - I wanted to use Gatorland and Boggy Creek Airboat rides. Gatorland worked fine but in order to use Boggy Creek you have to make separate reservations directly with them, BG does not have a LIVE person to answer the phone and uses AI. The AI feature does NOT allow you to make reservations and instructs you to show up 30 min's before an open time slot per the Boggy Creek web page. We drove 45 miles out to BG only to find out the time slot we wanted was already booked; not available and the next open slot was >2 hrs. later. BG is not linked very good thru Undercover tourist/Go City and did not assist in any way to help up. We had a party of 10 people so it sucked to waste our time/gas driving out to BG and they even said their AI had problems but had no solution for making reservations in advance. REMOVE them from the offer if they require reservations but can't accept them over the phone.

To clarify how this works: Go City passes cover admission, but participating attractions like Boggy Creek manage their own reservation systems and availability. We're following up with Boggy Creek directly about the AI phone system not accepting advance bookings. That's a real gap when a 30-minute walk-up window is the only stated option.

Smooth purchasing experience. We have used Undercover Tourist before and got helpful answers from their customer service, and had no issues using the tickets in the park last time. This is the only source we will buy tickets from now.

Was a little pricey this time
Was a little pricey this time, was Not able to get in to the park (Aquatic in Orlando) on July 3rd . According to park was to full. It was a quick getaway, wasn't able to go back, stayed in Clearwater, raining days. And we was from out of town. So we couldn't take advantage of the 14 days. Which is a disappointment. But the booking process was easy. Only ended up going to Discovery Cove.

Undercover tourist is a scam!! They do not refund your money and will tell you that your refund is denied. The meal voucher is a trick because you can’t use it the same day. Please don’t use these services. I wish I could give zero stars.

DO NOT USE!!! We bought tickets from them to go to seaworld, we couldn't even get past the gate as they didn't work. We spent two hours trying to get into there and gave up - $47 +tax less off also for the parking. Even though they "refunded us the tickets" (only 90% - their processing fee) they refused to credit us for the parking as we paid for it at the park (you have to do this to enter we had no choice) - their customer service is shocking taking no accountability at all.
Please use more credible sites for your purchases and don't waste your holiday time and money here.

Undercover Tourist is an authorized ticket seller trusted by millions of families for over 20 years, and when something goes wrong we want to make it right. The tickets sold through our site are issued directly by the park, and we'd like the opportunity to investigate exactly what occurred at the gate. Based on what you've described, we also agree that a processing fee may not be appropriate given the circumstances. We’d like to review the parking expense as well, as we understand that was a direct cost of the situation at the gate.

Well. We were sold invalid tix. Forced to argue with your customer service team for 2 hours while at the Universal Studios gate. Horrible experience and your customer service did nothing to help resolve the situation other than offer a refund which doesn’t help when you’re at the gate trying to enter the park. Unfortunately, the tickets associated with this order failed during fulfillment in the supplier's system. This was due to a very brief and unusual technical error on their end that only impacted a handful of orders. Undercover Tourist helps millions of guests with their theme park ticket purchases and we have never encountered this issue. However, because the original order could not be successfully completed, we were unable to reissue the tickets or generate new QR codes on our end. As an alternative, we offered the option to place a new order and provided a discount on the replacement tickets to help offset the inconvenience. However, we understand that this option did not meet the guest's needs.
We recognize that being on the phone for an extended period while at the park entrance created additional stress and negatively impacted your experience. While we worked to identify a resolution as quickly as possible, we understand why you ultimately chose to purchase tickets directly from Universal.
We sincerely regret the inconvenience and disappointment this situation caused. Guest satisfaction is important to us, and we appreciate the opportunity to review this feedback as we continue working to improve our processes and the support we provide when unexpected ticketing issues occur.
Our tickets to universal were invalid
Our tickets to universal were invalid. A simple fix would’ve been to reissue a new QR code. But they wanted us to purchase again, even though we had to wait 5 days for a refund. And still no guarantee the new tickets would work. We were on the phone with customer service for 3 hours while at the gate to universal. Horrible experience. Will never use them again. We bought our new tickets direct from universal. Horrible customer service.
