I attempted to resolve a “warehouse issue” that happened with my recent order. I wrote an email to get a generated response and instructions how to complain! Followed those instructions to receive more generated responses. Tried the chat and got generated responses ………had to physically call customer service to be told it is a “warehouse issue”

Bought the wall chess set for my grandson, who is a budding chess player. He's never seen anything like it, and was super excited to put it up. He's about to be 15, and he doesn't get excited about anything, so I consider this a win.

Good experience. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because of the shipping expense. True, you can not get "uncommon goods" at Amazon, Wal-mart, or other websites but even at these other places if you spend a certain amount the shipping becomes free! I realize with uncommon perks I could have gotten free shipping, nevertheless, at the other webites I also don't have Prime, or +, or subscriptions, etc either. Thought I would let buyers know. So, yeah, good experience. It would have been Great or Excellent if the shipping were free with the $140-something (not including tax or shipping) I paid for when I bought the two items.
