Pointless.. Do a Google search instead and you'll see direct reviews!
Unbiased matched me with 'Count-Finance' for financial advise (straight forward pension drawdown). Turns out that Count-Finance is a just an automated financial adviser. Their customer service eventually told me "advise comes through the app rather than through a one-to-one advisory meeting. I want to make sure you are not expecting a traditional adviser appointment, as that is not quite how we work"
And after that my appointment was cancelled.
You might as well ask Chat GBT.. Unbiased just seems a third party search engine. A google/Chat GBT search would have given me better results!

Tried them once. They matched me with a financial advisor who only dealt with prudential products. My pension is scottish widows so would have incurred costs. The financial advisor told me to contact scottish widows direct which I did. Fortunately I knew what I was doing, just needed some advice
