UMT media trade on eBay

UMT media trade on eBay, I bought I.D. cards but returned them as not correct, I bought the correct ones from them also but they then chose to not refund me on the returned items.
THEN they become rude, ignorant, unprofessional and impolite, then MORE SO called me rude for demanding a refund and blocked me on eBay.
eBAy refunded me but believe me this company is the worst experience ever.
Mariz their customer abuser is a complete c*** to be as polite as I can be about their customer service department c***
please please shop with someone else for your needs

Arrogant, poor communication

Note: I don't care about the item or money anymore, this is all about the principle, customer experience and their way of dealing with complains.
I ordered small item from eBay that was delivered to wrong address. I never got it, however I received notification about delivery. It happens, I am seller myself on other platforms and things can get lost or delivered to wrong places.
I messaged seller about it and I received reply AFTER 8 days saying, sorry, we fully trust RM.
End of story. Means they don't trust me as customer. Fine. I replied that it was obviously delivered to wrong address but it is good to know they want to do nothing about it and I will avoid their shop in the future.
I rated this transaction with one star because A) I didn't receive their goods, B) they took over week to reply, C) there was not even slightest attempt to resolve this issue. Nothing like, sorry it happens, let me send you replacement (we are talking about £2 item). You can even say no but be nice about it because obviously, that customer can be understanding to your situation and if he is treated nicely he can still come back for future purchases.
No, instead I received message saying that "You are responsible for securing and letting Royal Mail know your address". My address is fine, apart of very rare occasions I always receive my items, I use PayPal and my address doesn't change. In the past I even sent back my refund to other seller because the item arrived weeks later, so I really have no need to scam Sellers about cheap items and if I physically have the item then of course, you should have your money for it.
"try talking to your postman as he/she tracked it". Thank you but we are in lockdown.
"I understand that the current environment can make people sad and angry"... I am not sad and angry, I am totally fine. Silly me just expect to receive goods that I purchased online.
"...you have given negative feedback to a British company in such bad times. How dare you...". Well, as I stated above, I don't have my item and you are rude and and customer service is even poorer. It is my right to rate my purchases as I want and I can't give you 5* for nothing. And I can't give you five stars just because you are British company, especially if you are treating me with disrespect. Like, are you for real?
So, I replied to them and to make it short, I basically said that many online sellers treat their customers differently and it is my right to rate my purchases according to my experience and they can keep my money and I will purchase it elsewhere.
Their response?
"We do not even have time to read what you've written. We are very busy with our nice customers. All the best."
Seriously? So I guess I should just shut up and go my way? Is this how you treat your customers that are paying their hard earned money for your goods?

Again, if they responded nicely I wouldn't even bother with them. I wouldn't even bother with feedbacks because, life happens. It is their arrogant attitude that made me to write review.
And if you look into their negative reviews, this is their standard way of dealing with complains. They value you and have your time only until you run into problems. Their responses are shocking and really doesn't correspond with how other British companies are dealing with their customers. And please stop hiding your poor communication and behaviour behind virus.

They don't give any return about your issues

I have ordered 6 of 3 Axis GY-521 MPU-6050 Gyroscope Accelerometer Module 3.3V-5V Arduino Pi Drone, however, 3 (three) of those were not working. They send me the stamp to post it back. This was 12/09. After that, I have sent 3 emails to verify what was their conclusion about theses components. It's been 2 months they never return my emails. Neither refund me nor return the components that I sent back. I am very disappointed, if I have bought from eBay they would sort this out, never buy from them, no customer service at all.
