Slow order processing

Slow order processing. I was told my order would be processed and prepared in 24 hours. It was more like 48+ hours. Even slower shipping. Shipping was delayed two separate times adding 5+ days to the turn around time. And your stuff is over priced. Doubt I'll order from here again. Definitely not recommending.

After 2 months my order is still…

After 2 months my order is still incomplete. I decided to order direct from Umbra's website and ordered 4 items. I never received the order. I emailed Umbra with full details and no response other than the auto reply of we will get back to you. I then called. The person I spoke to was very nice and said it was not shipped and offered to refund or resend. I choose resend. I received the resend but minus one item. Again I emailed and again no response to email other than auto reply. Again I called and was told the missing item would be resent and waiting to see but giving up on Umbra as no order is worth this amount of time and effort.

The Umbra products are good but do not order from Umbra directly if you want to actually receive them.

Placed an order last night

Placed an order last night. Ordered one product in two colors. Would have ordered the 3rd color, but you are out. Order placed ~9:45 PM. The color that was out then is back in stock today (the next day) at 9:15 AM. Called to see about combining orders to not create more packages, etc. and save $8 of shipping on a $17 item. In total I would be spending almost as much on shipping as for the items! Was informed that this was not possible.

I like how I could log in to my account…

I like how I could log in to my account right from the checkout process. I’m already on the email list, though. It already had payment options for a faster checkout process, and even suggested an edit for my address to make it easier for postal staff to locate with the zip+4.

Very happy

I found the Umbra Loft rods at Target but couldn’t get a large enough size so I checked out the website. Very happy with what I found and that you were having a Memorial Day sale with the rods and curtains on sale.

VERY impressed by the email I received explaing how to install the rods with instructions and video. Much appreciated!

I've been trying to place an order…

I've been trying to place an order since Victoria Day where it wouldn't process my order as it was not letting me use my state and/or province . . . .
So, now I'm trying to place a similar order again and still having issues doing it via my phone as opposed to my PC. It was still having the same issue with my state and province . . . finally I just used my PC and now the other items (3) I was interested in Fotofalls display picture frame was nowhere to be found on your website, but it was still in my cart on my phone . . .
So, absolutely not was this a pleasant experience in the last week.

Ordered 4 sets of rods on 3/7/22…

Ordered 4 sets of rods on 3/7/22 received 2 sets on 3/10 and still have not received the other 2 sets over a month and a half later(4/29). No follow up calls or emails explaining delay/no deliver or refund.

No delivery of item and no follow up!

I ordered a new item and very excited to receive it. I received notification that it had been shipped. Yet 3 weeks later, I had not yet received. I contacted Fedex who stated they had not received item from Umbra.
I called Umbra and they said they would reship the item immediately, and email me a new confirmation. That was a week ago, and I have not received any update or confirmation. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!! I hope I will get some positive notification this week!
