Best quality and best price.

I have not received all of my items and I have been trying to get a hold of the company owners for a month now!
No answers. Also, I had to wait for 2 weeks before the items were sent anyways, but to that email they responded - but now, that some are missing, they suddenly disappear?!

This is what thieves do - they take money and do not give something in return. This is what happened to me.

I will take legal action if I do not receive an answer and refund soon!

I have ordered from Uma Nomad multiple times, and each time I regret not ordering more! The clothes are stunning, and make me feel amazing ♥️

After writing my original 1 star review (and fearing I was never going to receive anything), I’m glad to report I have received my order. The items are great and all is well.

UPDATE: I got my money back via paypal and Uma Nomad messaged me saying they were really sorry and explaining how things took so long. Changed the review from 2 to 4 stars.

I ordered a jacket and am trying to return it since weeks now. The customer service is really sweet but veeeeeery slow in replying and didn't seem to get my point so far. I never recieved an order confirmation email so I dont have the order number which is crucial for sending it back. Trying really hard since May7th here to get this number to finally return the jacket which does not suit me.

Guys, please keep on making your beautiful clothes (I'm in love with them!) but please also review your automation modes/and a quicker customer reply would be nice.

I ordered and paid a dress, got an order confirmation mail, but never got any update since then. After a week or so I wrote an e-mail and asked about the status of my order. Haven't gotten any reply. I wrote again an e-mail a few days later, and some time later even sent a message on Instagram. I neither got any answer on my mails nor on Instagram.
Sorry to give a bad review, but until now, I didn't have any good experience with the paid but not delivered order and the unresponsive customer service.

UPDATE 15th May 2025 : I got the sending note after this review was published and received the shipment a few days afterwards. The dress is lovely and perfect for the upcoming summer. I changed the star rating from 1 to 4 stars, because in the end I got what I ordered. I still don't know what happened whit my messages, but hey, life happens and sometimes good things take time.

I love these chatra pants- I bought two in the M-L size. They are beautifully tailored from sarees giving them a new avatar. The fabric is good quality, drapes well and the fit is comfortable. I have a curvy figure with a slight pooch, the shirred waist adjusts well.

As always (I'm a big fan of Uma nomad) the clothes are beautiful, nicely packed in a cute bag <3.
The only thing that I've noticed is that over time the delivary takes longer than before. Sometimes even more time than the estimated duration on the website.
Never the less, very happy with the new items!

I bought the new shorter jumpsuit, the fabric and colors as always beautiful. However the fit doesn't work me, i have to wear it with a really plounging neckline, otherwise the crotch length is too short for me. I can still wear it, but it's definitely less comfy than the full length ones.

I'm in love w nearly every item in the Uma Nomad line! I bought a few things from the Tulum store but unfortunately the belt to a dress was accidentally left out when they packed my bag. I noticed when I returned to the U.S. and though I thought it unlikely anything could be done, I sent an email to them. I got an immediate response from the head office. They reached out to the Tulum store and mailed the belt to me right away! I could not be more grateful for their kind attention. I'm sure they have many more important issues to deal with but they treated me like a friend. I'm so grateful! AND of course their clothes are beautiful too!!

Customer service is really nice and helpful. My order came in time and the product is just what it looked like online. Absolutely love this, would definitely order again and already told my friends about this shop.
