DO NOT USE - Appalling Company to deal with! Arrived damaged and advised I would be deducted £15 as an admin fee if I returned. I am going to my bank to sort this further - Fraudsters!!

Doesn’t work, I’ve spent hours trying to configure it. Customer support just repeats basic instructions and isn’t offering a refund. Not cheap and a complete waste of money.

We bought 2Wifi boosters, when we received them we discovered they are not compatible with UK electric plug sockets. I have spent the last 3 days going back and forth on email with their customer service team asking for their return policy and still haven’t received the information requested

I ordered a Wifi extender, however it did not work, as the technology was dated and would not connect to current devices. Despite numerous attempts to work with their customer service, I could not get them to accept a return nor any refund. They eventually stopped returning my messages.

I purchased a WiFi extender in Feb 2024 and it worked really well. I returned from holiday last week and the device wouldn’t connect to the internet. I tried resetting etc but it didn’t work so presumably faulty. after 4 emails I have received blanket responses not rectifying the issue and despite asking for a phone call on each location i’m still yet to receive one. The device has a 12 month warranty so I am within that yet they refuse to contact me to fix the problem or replace the defective item.

When it was working I was really happy with the product but the customer service when something has broken (after a short period of time) is completely unacceptable.
