I've ordered a few mats for my wedding venue over the past few years . Each mat is exactly how I wanted them to be with my logo . The quality of mat is superb and holds up for many years. The coloring of our logo is vibrant and has not faded ( even the ones that are 8 years old). Delivery of the mats are very quick , they usually arrive within a week of ordering. Diane Noles is the representative that I've dealt with and she answers all of my questions and returns my calls promptly.

The mats arrived when I was told they would, and were well packed and arrived in perfect condition. The only complaint is the that while it's clear the dimensions are going to be a bit off from what is ordered, but the lengths were well shorter than I expected. That aside, very good experience and customer service. Thanks.

Quality product that was easy to order and shipped quickly. This is the second mat I have ordered for my home. These mats are nice looking, hold up well, and appear to be constructed very much like mats I have purchased from popular catalog/online retailers that cost twice as much.

When we first started inquiring about mats for our offices we had no idea of what an overwhelming task that was going to be. All the different pile heights, styles, colors, sizes etc.

I started with one Micrloxx mat to see it it cut down on dust and small rocks getting into our house. I’m happy to write that I was very satisfied and ordered two more for entry ways. The rug is thin enough to fit under almost all of our doors. I would highly recommend this product.

My husband did not like the carpet I ordered at all. He said it was ugly. However, it was what I wanted to make sure it didn't move when walked upon. It is in my entry way. The sizing wasn't what I thought I was getting either. It was not quite wide or long enough to cover the entire floor. So, I called the owner and explained the situation. He wanted us to be happy with our purchase and told me that the only carpet that could be cut to exact measurements needed was the Berber. He offered to send me samples, which he did. He gave me multiple options to replace or return the one I bought. I received the samples via Fed Ex within a few days. Upon receipt of the samples, it was clear to me that it did not have the "absolute no slip no matter what you do" backing which is the reason I chose the carpet I did. I decided to keep the one purchased as it was all that it was described to be. Once down and we had time to get used to it, even my husband was good with it.
