Great experience, Nick communicated promptly and the product was as expected

I ordered a watch strap and it arrived the next day. The quality was every much as good as described. The price and service was nothing short of excellent. Well done.

Well priced branded watch straps available in a range of lug widths, lengths, materials and colours. Product descriptions are well written and concise, and includes production method. Communication was very quick, and strap recieved well packed, marked as fragile and in a day. I will definitely buy from here again and recommend without hesitation.

Great experience with this company. (Compared to some others I’ve tried). Bought a leather strap recently and is probably the best I’ve owned. Quality, comfort and sizing are all first class. Prices are the best I’ve found online. Communication, dispatch and packaging were excellent. Only £1.95 for 1st class delivery. I would recommend to all who are looking for a quality watch strap.

Cancelled my order without me wanting. Think Nick got annoyed that I asked him for clearer pictures. Also, my with my purchase before last, I bought a 21mm strap from him where each part had a different width by 2mm! He has good prices but likely seconds. He did nothing to help here. No refund offered! I still have the faulty strap. I've spent a lot with his store. Well not anymore. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired here. I concur fully with other negative reviews on here. Nick seems to throw tantrums with no consideration of the customer as is obvious by his inaccurate response! P. S. The "dozen" messages Nick refers to was me asking to see clearer images which seemed to turn into childish argument back and fourth about "I can see it clearly, why can't you" attitude. As Nick mentioned in his response, I'm a customer wanting to buy an expensive strap, so yes I'd like to see it clearly first!

First time using this company.
I bought a very reasonably priced 24mm leather watch strap. The site was easy to use, the strap arrived the next day and it is good quality.
What more can you want? I will happily use ukwatchstrap again in future.

Customer service second to none from Nick, postage within 48 hours at a low cost of under £2. Ordered the Di-modell chronissimo strap (twice the price) elsewhere and hard to distinguish it from the Sinn alternative at three times the price, and wouldn't be surprised if it was made by the same manufacturer. Will be ordering again this week.

Second time I've used this site - very impressed by the range and value.
Unfortunately, after a while my latest strap started to deteriorate but when I contacted them and sent photos the response was immediate: a full refund and an assurance that the issue would be taken up with the (German) manufacturer. Problems happen and it's the way they're dealt with that separates the good guys from the rest!

I’m reviewing this company just over a year after my watch strap purchase. Having had trouble with the initial strap I bought, I was quickly refunded and then purchased a Rosario Brietling style olive green/brown strap instead. A year on and the strap is comfortable and has worn well without any problems. It’s good quality and has really improved the look of my Seiko Solar powered military watch. I would definitely shop here again based on the resolution of my initial problem and the quality of my second strap (Rosario Italy).

I bought the black, grey and red "Bond" Nato style in 18mmm to replace the scratchy single pass Nato strap which came with my new Lorus Lumibrite field watch. No problems: I received the strap the day after I ordered, it fit my watch exactly, comfortable to wear and is a high quality product Very highly recommended.
