The website was quick and straightforward to order and although my order did not arrive, Supreme Fitness was very quick to respond to my email and deliver to my door locally. Certainly would recommend it to anyone who is running short of equipment whilst motivating themselves to keep up their fitness during this pandemic. :)

Excellent and transparent customer service from Hannah at UKSF! A slight technical error with the online service left me concerned that my order didn’t go through correctly but Hannah soon dispelled that and assured me my order was good to go and backed this up with screen shots of my order. Extremely prompt delivery of my kettlebells and I’m really happy with them! Hannah also followed up with a courtesy email to ensure I had received my product and that I was happy with it! A true ambassador of UKSF and an asset to the company!

I havw ordered 20kg to 50 kg hex dumbells over tha past 10 months from UK supreme fitness. And I must say the quality of the dumbells is great and at a great price.
I also purchased a fixed bench which was cheaper than others online. My latest order arrived on Wednesday to the Shetland island , I only ordered on Sunday. Extremely fast delivery. Covid affected all deliveries for companies so the bad reviews about delivery delays, remember we were in a pandemic.

Placed an order for a number of different kettlebells as it stated they were in stock online. I didn't receive receive order confirmation email and then came across all the reviews below which had me pretty worries. I called up and the lady on the phone was nice enough and emailed through the confirmation, she said deliveries are still taking 7-10 days to be dispatched. 2 days later the kettlebells arrived, 5 days after order. Good quality and helpful on the phone. Going off other reviews and the state of other industries (cycling for example) it seems that if things aren't in stock then the expected delivery dates are nonsense and keep getting pushed back. I'm still waiting for bike parts 8 months in which were due in January. Guess that's just the way it is with covid. Either way, KBs were in stock and arrived promptly. Very happy!

Honest review, quick to take your money takes over a month to refund it back. Avoid if you are worried about spending the money, won’t get it back.

Preordered 10kg dumbbells which were due to dispatch early Feb. Had an email at beginning of March to say that they wouldn’t be delivered and I would be refunded. Clearly taken more orders than they could fulfil - avoid!!!

Ordered a pair of dumbbells 25kg shipping the 12th of February this didn’t happen then two weeks later a singular 20kg dumbbell arrived then day after another singular 20kg dumbbell arrived contacted them and they had someone next day pick up the incorrect 20kg and stated the new dumbbells would be delivered... weeks later still nothing. Can be fast when it suits them.

Ordered a kettlebell and over a month later a broken box of loose weights plates (plastic) turned up? Eventually managed to get to the bottom of it and the kettlebell arrived and in their defence it’a a very good KB.

With that said I decided to get some resistance bands as they showed in stock so I could take away with me for work abroad 3 weeks later not even a confirmation of delivery. That’s the straw for me will not use this company again I’ve ordered items from the USA that have delivered quicker

Excellent service from UK Supreme Fitness. I made a Pre order last week and the delivery came today right on time. This is the third order I’ve made and I’m very happy with all my purchases and all the equipment is excellent quality. I would highly recommend.

Looking through the reviews there tends to be an ongoing theme.

Placed our order before Christmas, only part of the order arrived, despite being informed that the rest of our delivery would be sent on the 22nd December however this never arrived. I've sent emails, contacted on social media, and no reply what so ever.

I would avoid this company in the future as it's a nightmare to try and get a response from anyone or items that your paid for and ordered!

Hopefully, someone in the company will get back to me when they see my review.

I ordered a total of eight Hex Dumbells from them in November, with a despatch date of the 5th of December. 3 weights arrived just in time for Christmas, the other 5 were MIA! After emailing I was getting no where and ended up phoning. It seems, according to Rob, that DPD misplaced some of the delivery. I have no doubt of this as the boxes were 3 of 4 etc and only 2 arrived. But I can get no additional information about replacements or delivery of the missing items. I use DPD in my business and they can be patchy, but it is my job to keep my customers happy and offer them a quality service and communicate with them after taken up the fight with DPD. I am now sitting typing on New Years Eve, wondering if UK Supreme Fitness actually care one bit, about their customers happiness and if they ever expect customers to return for more of the same treatment? Given my current feelings, I would be unlikely to use them again or recommend them to anyone in the future.,

This company needs customer service training. They have continually under delivered on their promises. Items arriving days after promised, no communication from them to advise and then items missing from the delivery. I am still waiting for delivery of missing items, they were supposed to be delivered today but when I called to check apparently the items now won’t be delivered until tomorrow, another wasted day off work. The guy I spoke to on the phone was just blasé and lacked any care or sincerity. Appalling customer service. Get your equipment else where.

Arrived faster than I expected, kit was mint. Assault bike was a good price as were the 27.5kg dumbbells esp with the 10% promo. Great service

Ordered a barbell and plates on Sunday and all arrived on Wednesday , well packaged and in perfect condition

I ordered an iron cast kettlebell on Sunday and it was with me by Tuesday, excellent service.

Doesnt matter if your spending tens of thousands they won't care! Months of waiting and nothing to show for it but endless ignored calls and excuses. We remained professional and finally cut our losses!
Design service was non existent, CAD drawing never arrived until a couple days before install was due (months of asking to be given 1 drawing), coupled with the fact the drawing wasn't even correct but fortunately we took it upon ourselves to measure out the facility and spacial constraints as best we could and mark it down for the team during install. Even going as far as downloading software to try do the work ourselves, as the only assurance we were given was "we can move it about on the day".
Continually informed items had been dispatched week after week which never left their warehouse and as far as i can tell dont even think they had stock. Calls ignored for tracking information except for the occasional "ill call you back" which never happened. The cycle was, informed it would be dealt with on a Monday and ignored until late Friday afternoon.
Full payment demanded on floor and rig install for all kit, baring in mind they didn't even install our wall ball targets etc because "they didn't have room to take them" or even have the majority of our order with them and the items they did were wrong and/or damaged.
I understand covid can play a part but we were trying to open and run a buisness which we had bills to pay for and couldn't due to the service or lack of service provided, however they had taken full payment in cash from us to keep their own heads above water. We were fortunate to get open and keep our business going through massive personal sacrifice, I don't wish anyone else to be put in this position!
We have since moved on to a new facility outfitter and It is night and day customer service, there is nothing they can't do to try help and keep you up to date! And believe it or not when they say they have dispatched kit we actually receive it, usually even sooner than they indicate.
I'm appalled we were actually contacted following this experience for images of our facility they could use for promotional purposes. This is anything but a professional service, I agree with all the other 1 star reviews, if I could put 0 stars i would. I wasn't going to leave this review as I'd felt enough energy had been wasted on this company but if it saves 1 person going through this experience it was worth it!
