Very poor and old offices. Service is very low

Completely evil people, they delayed my parcel for two weeks? Finally to return it back to the country it was sent from, I was not notified , no emails or text of the return. absolute wickedness

This is an awful postal service. Hate everything about it

I have been receiving items shipped from Ukraine to the USA by Ukrposhta for many years. And despite Ukraine being at war over the last several years, I have never received a late package nor had any other problems. They have operated non-stop despite all of the damages, delays, shortages inflicted on their facilities and among their staff.

And, with the latest fiasco of the removal of the American " de minimis" exemption and new tariffs on imported goods under 800 USD, Ukrposhta was the ONE postal service outside of the USA to continue shipping to the US without the slightest interruption. I am happy to give Ukrposhta a five-star rating!

The slowest shipping company ever & the worst customer service ever. I regret dealing with them even I got free shipping I'm not crazy to deal with them again. If there sub-zero start I give it to them more than one month to shippe item from Ukraine to the Arabian gulf. A flight from Ukraine to the the Arabian gulf won't take more than 2 hours. Contacting customer service is pure time wasting and makes me sick.

If you need to LOSE something USE there service that what they are MASTER.

The customer service is awful. No one wants to help you and basically tells you that it is your problem, not theirs. I have ordered a protect on Etsy that was shipped from Ukraine to the Netherlands. One packaged arrived fine with no problem but the other is in an unknown location. I have contacted ukrposhta and they told me that it passed customs and from then on it's my problem and I should sort it out myself. Most likely the package got lost and ukrposhta wants to push the problem on me, because the previous product was delivered fine with no problems

Professionals who want to help you with the shipping process. Especially useful was to have a webinars which helped me to understand the system, laws, regulations. But post offices improved significantly in last 3 years for sure. Super smooth shipping process. Lines aren't good sometimes (because they provide tons of other services, being a "government company"), but the shipping speed is incredible.

I cannot even track my shipment, the website doesn't work or function well, I click track nothing show up... very disappointed... how is this a national shipping service?

Horrible shipping carrier! Had my item purchased from Etsy delivered on September 20, 2023 and I did not even order it until October 17, 2023!!! Ridiculous!

Recently I’ve send to my mom in Chernovtsy Ukraine package and vitamins, underwear, hand cream and glue for the dentures were stolen. I hope those ppl only have those items for the rest of their life!!!

Very smooth service considering the situation. I have received parcels while being abroad in different countries. International transit could take up to 2 weeks. But they are always delivered.

I have several great nephews who are keen stamp collectors and wanted to give them stamps that Ukraine are producing since the war began. I was put off by the extortionate price that eBay sellers were charging plus the risk of receiving forgeries. I looked on the Ukrposhta website and found I could buy direct from source so thought I would give it a try, not necessarily expecting to receive anything with the war going on. The service has been brilliant! The stamps arrive between 2 and 3 weeks from ordering (being handed over to Royal Mail for delivery when the package arrives in the UK). I'm now on my third order with them. With the first order I did contact their customer services and received a very quick reply. When you think of what they are going through over there their service puts the Royal Mail over here to shame. Slava Ukraini!

I’ve had multiple deliveries over the past few months to Northern Ireland. The one I received today took 11 days from Kyiv. Sometimes it takes a little while longer but the circumstances of the russian invasion more than justify any delays. Parcels and letters frequently move faster across Ukraine than from London to Belfast! I am impressed by the resilience of the service and the dedication of the workers. I wish good health, safety, victory and a prosperous future to all Ukrposhta staff.

Ukrposhta successful shipped my Vyshyvanka to the US. I was pleasantly surprised at how fast it arrived, even in the middle of an invasion. Thank you Ukrposhta! Слава Україні

The worst experience ever! I have paid 95 EUR -the parcel has left Ukraine 25!! days after it has been shipped. NEVER AGAIN!

First and last time using ukrposhta.
I've been waiting over two months for my air mail package from Ukraine to Australia.
Even taking into account COVID, it's appalling long and the tracking updates are next to none.
According to the tracking it was sent to Canada and then the US and has been there since before Christmas. The last update was December 23, it's now January 19.
Why was it sent to some other country that's nowhere near Australia?!!!
I've written to them enquiring about its whereabouts but it's an unhelpful, useless generic reply every time.
They were trying to tell me it was in the destination country when it isn't!
Australia Post has now basically stopped tracking it because it's been inactive for so long.
I would never use ukrposhta again, it's amateurish and they don't seem to care one bit about your parcel once it leaves the Ukraine.
If things change I'll revise this review but it's looking increasingly unlikely.

They make your package disappera in transit out of their country and never answer for it. Awful. Also their shipment aren't cheap.

Never ever send anything, especially valuable to Ukraine with this service. They change the rules like for instance it used to be possible to track your sending getting it insured in the US, then they changed it and you won’t be able to track your parcel after it leaves your country that means you literally lost it forever. They simply steal your stuff. The only answer you can get is that you should have send it with registered priority mail, which you don’t have guaranteed won’t change again. I wouldn’t give them even a zero star. Better give away whatever you want to send to a homeless person in your country and don’t give a chance to bunch of crooks to have it plus paying for this “service”.
