Express delivery not so much
I placed an order on 04/04/2023, paid an additional £12.00 for express delivery, and the next day I got an email from DPD saying the package would be delivered on 05/04/2023 between 09.03 -10.03 as I had anticipated! Unfortunately, this wasn't the case and nothing turned up. It has been overdue for 3 weeks!
On 24/04/2023 I received an email from UK POS customer service (Laura Hodder) indicating the item was successfully delivered on 11/04/23 at 10.25am but had been returned to the warehouse :/. I had nothing to do with the courier's decision to return the item to the seller but the customer service made out as if I did.
First of all, they didn't deliver it and never committed to delivery date so I paid extra cost for no reason!
I contacted POS and spoke to the same person who had emailed me. it was clearly sent to the wrong address because the details on the proof of delivery she sent didn't match anyone working at our warehouse, which is why it was sent back to their warehouse. Even though they claimed i was the one who returned the item, the tracking information for the package in question indicates 'Your parcel is on its way back to UK POS'. Why would this be updated using the same tracking information the item was sent out on if I had returned the package myself?
Now they have agreed to send this item to my home address so we will see if this turns up or if the courier will lie again!

Great service throughout despite a couple of speedbumps. Laura in Customer Service went above and beyond to resolve our issues and then some. Georgia in Sales catered for a new order at the same time and also provided great service. Highly recommended.

we are a small art society who…
we are a small art society who purchased screens and legs after having paid in full. We received the legs for the screens but delay to the screens themselves was postponed several times. Having informed the company that we required an alternative delivery address I was notified at 3.44 the day before a pre 12.00 delivery time with no chance to amend the delivery address and was informed that I would need to pay additional charges to change the day time. I am over 60 and now have a pallet on my drive which we now have to unpack and transport ourselves to the storage destination. NOT IMPRESSED!!!
Altogether brilliant company
I ordered 2 counter display stands at mid-day and they were delivered the next day at mid-day. Perfect items and perfect service. Excellent web site, too, with detailed measurements of their goods.

Wouldn't risk buying from here again
Wouldn't risk buying from here again. Placed an order for 3 tier basket shelves, received an email to say the delivery had been delayed due to damaged parcel, received the delivery a week later and could see the word 'DAMAGED' wrote on the box. Checked the item and didn't really see much of an issue so assumed it was just a mistake, until I went to use it a few weeks later and every shelf is wonky and the frame is bent out of shape. Contacted support to be ignored for 2 months and then refused any assistance due to timeframe.

Exceptional Service
We've used this company a lot and the service is always exceptional, never had a bad word to say.
There was a slight hiccup with the courier which is understandable, these things happen and it was no fault of UKPOS.
Laura Hodder from Customer Service emailed me immediately explaining the situation to me, and followed it up with a phone call, and the issue was resolved instantly and the product was received the next day.
Brilliant service, thank you Laura for all of your help.

Great customer service!
We received our order quickly and was really pleased. We noticed after a couple of days that the item was damaged. Contacted UK POS and they solved our issue efficiently and provided a replacement. We liaised with Laura Hodder (Customer Service Advisor) and she was brilliant. Would definitely recommend.

Please do not order from this company. Diabolical customer service, I paid over £12 for next day delivery. When I received the item it was broken. I spoke to their manager Steve requesting for a full refund and delivery charge and he refused. I paid for next day delivery because I needed the item for a event on Saturday. I am extremely disappointed with this company and will never use them again. AVOID, AVOID...
