Needed parts fast for an emergency repair for my holiday let pool.
Called Charlotte at 2pm and explained my problem - correct parts identified and in stock - delivered the following morning.
Great service all round.
They say they are open 08:30 - 17:00 made a special trip to the store to find them closed at 16:30 and as they don't open weekends probably won't have time to get back there
I ordered more calcium hardness increaser from this company, which I needed urgently for a commercial pool. The prices seemed good and the site said they could do next day delivery for about £6. The next day I received an email saying I would need to pay an additional £84 for 1-2 day delivery (£70 plus VAT) because I had ordered a large tub (25kg). Nowhere was this made clear originally: my invoice stated 'full payment made', with a delivery fee of £5.83. I lost a whole day - time I didn't have - and had to find a new supplier. I won't be going back.
Order: UKP37098 great price and real quick dispatch.
Order arrived without issue.
Would use again
took my order and extra payment for express delivery and then 1 week later when I enquired where the parcel was they say they sent a message asking for MORE delivery charges because we live on the Isle of Wight where their chosen delivery agent does NOT charge more to delivery
a blatant rip off designed to charge for completely unjustified extras
