Support is a slow runaround
Update: 51+ hours after item returned, and still waiting on any action by them... I see they can respond to TrustPilot reviews quickly though - guess their review score is more important than customer service.
Used them a couple of times, without issue, however always judge a company with how they deal with problems... wow, do these guys fail. You ring and they refer you to the form on the website (and forget/don't send the invoice email they say they will), the website says to email them, then after the best part of a day they email to say it should have been a ticket and to wait 24-48 hours and 'be patient'. I need these tools, and 24-48 hours is not reasonable to verify the order number and issue a returns label - that's a 5 minute job, if not a fully automated job. Puts me off using you again.

Effective pole hedge trimmer

What a great shop I found on google
What a great shop I found on google , this shop was the cheapest and the least p&p on the web. I compared toolstation, screwfix, ebay . And seriously don't bother just go on Uk planet tools Ltd abd be sure you get a good price .they are very competitive, pluss very fast p&p . Many thanks to the shop and all that make it possible to keep an old man happy in his workshop 💯
