they are a fraudulent company

they are a fraudulent company. My experience with them has been extremely distressing.In 2023, I purchased a PC part from them. The item they sent me was not only incorrect but was also used, despite their claims on the website. Following their return process, I sent the item back to them. However, they have failed to refund my money since may 2023 and have been unresponsive to my attempts at contacting them and getting my money back claiming that they did not receive the item.

This company has proven to be unreliable and untrustworthy. I strongly advise against anyone purchasing from them as they are engaging in fraudulent activities. Their practices are deceptive, and they should be banned from operating in the UK and anywhere else.
